Analysis of Hilton Hotel’s Strengths
• High brand recognition: Hilton Hotel is a very famous hospitality organization
and having a high brand recognition is one of its strengths. Individuals are
drawn towards the brand name.
• Customer Retention: Hilton Hotel is able to retain most of their customers and
have stayed loyal to this organization. They keep coming back to enjoy services
provided by them.

• Hilton Hotel has many strengths which include brand recognition and good
customer relations as well as retention.
