1.0 Introduction
Connected Government are one of the major evolving government methodology that
provides seamless functioning of the government agencies. This is one of the major aspect that
ensures that proper dimension of the government process can be performed. Jurisdiction of the
effective delivery provides efficient services to the citizens and the business organizations.
United Nations have been aiming in implementation of Enterprise Information Architecture
Reference Architecture in different governing bodies. With high acceptance of Enterprise
Information Architecture Reference Architecture, implementation of the technology has been
increasing. This is one of the major aspect that increases the efficiency of the connected
governments. This report will provide a proper Intelligence Enterprise Design benefits of the
business visionary and hence the main aspect that will be gained includes benefits that will be
gained after the implementation of the Enterprise Information Architecture Reference
Architecture in the e government services. Functioning processing is well described as per the
diagram that is provided. Description of the diagrammatic approach is also performed.
Recommendations are also provided in this report.

social inclusion has been one of the main aspect that provides better functioning of the
government as per the consulted approach (Saha 2010).

 Transparent and Open Government: in case of connected government the main
advantage that will be received includes the fact that the citizens will be able to check
the strategy that is imbibed by the governing body and feedback can be provided by
them. This is one of the major aspect that will provide better understanding of the
citizen needs. This is one of the major aspect that provides high benefits to the
government as well as the citizens. National security consideration is also taken into
consideration.

In this case it can be seen that in the initial stage, assessing of the indicators before the
Devpt or deployment. In the second stage it can be seen that the accessing is performed after
the development and the deployment stage. In the third step, monitoring of the quality
attribution can be performed as per the quality attributes of the ICT/ E- Government system in
the fourth stage, attributes of the ICT/ E- Government system after the deployment process. In
the fifth stage the main concern that is present is regarding the analysis of the outcome that is
generated in compared to the before and after deployment process (Janowski 2015). After this
stage, in the sixth stage, accessing of the changes that have already taken place and the
changes in the project that has taken place is considered. In the Seventh stage the main
concern that is taken into consideration includes analysis of impacts of the deployment stage.

This stage is mainly concerned with the measuring of the system quality attributes (Susanto and
Almunawar 2016).
The stakeholders are interconnected with the 1st stage and the functioning of the
development scaling. The stakeholders are concerned with the scale at which development
process will occur. The stakeholders are also interconnected with 2nd stage and 3rd stage.
4.0 Conclusion & Recommendations
From the above discussion it can be concluded that the functioning of the connected
government acceptance has been increasing. This is one of the major reason that proper
functioning can be performed in a manner that will provide better and efficient functioning of t
e governing body. Usage of Enterprise Information Architecture Reference Architecture in the e
government has been the major concern of the report. This report has been focussing on the
benefits that are received due ti the usage of the EIA RA (Rose-Ackerman and Palifka 2016).
Despite the benefits that are present in the functional process of the EIA RA, there are several
disadvantages that are present in the system. Removal of the issues have been the major
concern. The amount of advantages have ben such high that despite the disadvantages the
technology is widely accepted.
Recommendation
The recommendations that must be used are as follows: -
 Implementation of research and development team must be done. The major
disadvantage that is present in the Enterprise Information Architecture Reference
Architecture is lack of innovation processing. For mitigation of this issue, a distinct
research and development team must be appointed in order to maintain the
development rate.
 Application dependency over the Reference architecture must be reduced.
 Security aspect of the database must be taken into consideration and robustness of the
infrastructure must be increased.
