INTRODUCTION
Business person leadership is the type of leading activity which includes the organization
and motivating an individual or assembly of individuals to accomplish mutual goals through
revolution, risk improvement, take benefits from chances and dealing positive company location.
It is highly significant as it generates an ability to think creatively and develop beneficial
solutions in order to challenge companies in order to become competitive (Bodolica, Spraggon
and Badi, 2021). This study will elaborate the aspects of entrepreneurial leadership with the help
of illustrating their role in the development of the individuals, teams and ethical firms along with
usage of primary and secondary research for development of understanding and knowledge in
most effectual manner. Apart from this, the report will also highlight the viewpoints of theories
and concepts towards real world learning along with openings and contests.

Businessperson is defined as the person intricate in initialising some business or start-up.
Setting up new business is labelled as entrepreneurship. Industrialist bear multiple risk and they
are commonly known as innovators, source of getting ideas. Entrepreneurial leaders are the
backbone of any successful organization. Entrepreneurial leader are the one who provokes and
boosts their team associates for achieving a mutual area. Entrepreneurial leaders are the one who
transform complications into clarifications. They have the ability of listening, understanding and
implementing things. They believe in getting better outcomes and want to solve their problem
collaboratively. Leadership comes from experience not from age. The top ones are not
necessarily good leaders. Entrepreneurial leadership motivates people through innovative
ideas.Along with this , resonant leadership is the type of leadership in which the leaders have
idea about their actions and also have the ability in impacting others and using emotional
intelligence for guiding and helping others.In some of the organizations good leaders uses
GROW coaching model that helps them in structuring coaching and mentoring sesssions for the
team members of the organization .it is basically a five steps framework that involve the core
elements of an effective coaching session.there are numerous strength of a GROW as it helps in
finding solutions to their problems , and undertsanding the situation and exploring more feasible

solutions for them . But along with this , the concept of GROW model have a limitation that it
does not account for philosophical aspects.Resonant leadership enables the leaders in designing
amnd Risk optimization is one of the key feature of an entrepreneurial leader in the development
of people or organization. (Mehmood and et.al. 2021) These leaders are risk oriented and have
the ability of taking benefits from the openings given to them. Some of the features of
commercial management for the growth of team associates and institutions are as follows:
1. Communication services- The risk-taking front-runner must have a very strong
communiqué skill. Appropriate announcement services help in improved acceptance of
the exertion. This also includes attending and a lead person which is always a good
listener. Having decent announcement between team members avoid misapprehensions
and smashes.
2. Vision- A good business spearhead knows their vision properly and has a clarity towards
it. They are the ones who understands the demands and consistently wants to accomplish
what needs to be achieve. They coach their team members about the vision and make an
effort for attaining them.
3. Supportive- An entrepreneurial leader continually support their team as it is very
essential to have a helpful atmosphere in the association. The leader are the ones who
never blames the team members for any type of mistakes rather than this they understand
what went incorrect and sit with them to correct their faults. (Bagheri and Harrison, 2020)
A sympathetic leader is always a counsellor or a guide to their employees. These skills of
a leader help in the expansion of their organization.
4. Self-belief- An entrepreneurial leader is very self-assured. He knows his strong points and
dimness very well .They have countless belief in themselves which they advance from
years of involvement and erudition. Self-belief stimulates them as well their team
associates.( Imran and Aldaas, 2020)
5. Create an atmosphere conductive to growth-The leaders provide an optimistic and
strong atmosphere for attaining development. They create an atmosphere that encourages
the members to work even firmer. Innovative ideas, skills are always by their side. They
actively encourage other opinions and provide a solution to every problem. The
entrepreneurial leaders provide feedback to the employees.

6. Learning- It is very important for development of an organization. Therefore, a leader not
only learn and understand their employee but also provide a learning environment for
make them team fully efficient. They inspire employee to consider out of the box and give
decent answers along with appropriate ideas of any problem.
Leadership plays a very important role in the development of any organization. A good leader
increases the profitability and also impact the employee engagement. Each leader has their
own style of handling a team based on goals and culture. There are three types of leadership
styles such as: autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire.
The autocratic leader is the one who do their work all alone.it understands the strength of
professional. Autocratic leaders are not interested in opening their decisions to the whole
team. The main benefit of autocratic business leader is the streamlining flow of work which
increases the efficiency and productivity. The democratic business leader motivates the
exchange of ideas in the team. All the members of the team have their own voice and the
leader is treated as a mentor. They value each member and every opinion and idea of every
individual is appreciated. This type of environment makes the employee appreciated and
motivated. This results in giving better work environment and also decrease the turnover.in
the laissez –faire business leader style the leaders are only present to give direction to the
employee. They are not involved in day to day work. They address the employee by giving
them instructions. This style allows the employee to grow on their own abilities. Employee
decide the best way to meet their goals (Wahab and Tyasari, 2020). This builds a trust
between the employee and the leader. This give a chance to the talented employees to reach to
their goal. These are some techniques used by the entrepreneurial leaders for the development
of people, teams and ethical organizations.Futhermore , there are many recommendations that
will transform the team to work more collectively for driving the needs of business and
meeting the requirements and needs of business and which are by designing networks not
hierarchices, by clarifying goals and targets , by ensuing alingnment and buy-in , by creating
feedbacks loops for learning and as well as by developing peoples and teams you are
workinmg with.in addirtion to this , the area of development that will help in enhaning the
leadership skills are practicing dispicline, taking on more projjects , learn to follow , by
developing situational awarness, by inspiring others , by keep learning and by empowering
the team members.

order to evaluate the desired outcome.

Interpretation: From the above pie chart it has been interpreted that maximum number of
respondents i.e. nearly 65% among the total share their viewpoints that in order to become an
efficient leader and become an appropriate entrepreneur along with the leadership qualities, one
must have to focus over enhancement of collective skills which involves self-confidence,
communication abilities, adaptability towards pessimistic environment, passion towards
completion of tasks and many some such types of skills (Dieguez, Loureiro and Ferreira, 2021).
However, there are other voters as well according to which 5% voted for self-confidence, 15%
for communication skills, 5% for adaptability and remaining 10% for passion of adopting new
and advanced things.

Interpretation: From the above represented diagram, it has been illustrated that majority
number of respondents such as 60% mention their skills with 5 star. According to them, they
consider themselves as highly efficient in order to become responsible leader as they have all the
necessary qualities within themselves. On the other hand, 30% respondents rate themselves over
4 star which shows that they still want to improve something within them to become complete
leader. Moreover, 10% rates themselves as 3 star and according to them they require further
improvements within them to become an appropriate leader. Apart from this there are no
respondents who provide themselves 1 or 2 star and hence does not consider within the diagram
presented above.

Interpretation: From the above diagram, it has been elaborated that 55% of respondents do
states that they are highly able to delegate tasks among their team members. While on the other
hand, 45% of entrepreneurs are states that they are somewhat well in order to delegate tasks
among team members.
Secondary research
In order to conduct secondary research, the literature review has been consideration as
the most effective method to elaborate the information over the specific topic which also assist
in giving detailed knowledge about the entrepreneurial leadership.
As per views of Khan and Ahmed (2019), entrepreneurial leadership is based upon the
mind that focuses towards the establishment over converting issues into opportunities that highly
able to generate social as well as economic values of the company. It is the type of leadership
that are being created or made, not born. It has been developed with passing time as well as
practice. This includes the abilities to influence and guide the performance of group members

towards the achievement of company goals that include identification and utilization of

Bagheri, Newman and Eva, (2022) states that in general there are few characteristics and
essential abilities which assist an individual to become an efficient leader such as One have the
capability to have an eye towards the future perspective. The future focused mentality is
efficient for varied reasons. Moreover, the leaders must be able to calculate the risk they are
taking into most successful manner as starting a business is a risk and hence, entrepreneurs must
have to build the capability within themselves regarding inherence of tolerance towards risk.
Furthermore, Wibowo and Saptono, (2018) elaborate the concept of entrepreneurial
leadership by illustrating their traits and benefits which includes appropriate leaders can easily
able to adapt rapid and dynamic circumstances, they are also able to drive industry change and
can also able to innovate new and advanced things in order to adapt changing conditions. The
leaders also focused towards adopting centralized responsibility as various this type of leaders
make significant decisions that shape the company success and highly able to set ambitious
goals. To become a successful entrepreneurial leader, the whole concept is based upon three
major principles which involves: Cognitive ambidexterity, social, environment, economic
responsibility and sustainability along with social and self-awareness. In addition to that, it has
also been identified that the entrepreneurial leaders are extremely able to transform culture as
per vision and goal fulfilment of the company that have the capacity to differentiate their
business from other business entities.
3. Concept to a variety of real world education or business experiments and openings.
Real world learning can be defined as the learning which is done outside the classroom such as
outdoors or a hall. The study which is done in the real world can be termed as real world
learning. Real world learning allows the students to have an overall experience of what market
has to offer them.it is the process of designing the program so it is better and relevant for
learning and understanding.in this the teachers and students have the opportunity to expand their
knowledge outside the teaching space and thus implementing the knowledge in the ‘real world’.
Learning theory also comes under real world learning. This theory describes how students
receive, implement and retain knowledge during learning. It makes a way of how learning is
implemented and how knowledge is created in the real world. We can explain the concept of real

world leaning with the help of analysing one type of learning theory named as experiential
learning theory. Experiential learning theory involves learning from experience. The learning
gained from doing work is also termed as experiential learning. (Mehmood and et.al., 2021).
This depends on the time span, the more the time, the more experience a person have. Having a
practical knowledge makes better understanding in every prospect. One of the example of this
type of learning includes taking students to the garden for watching the flowers rather than
showing them in the book.by creating a environment where students can experience them
practically and understands the process with the help of real world. This also motivates the
students and encourage them to do teamwork. Similarly, the entrepreneurial leader work more
when provided a real world environment to them. Entrepreneurial leader has grown rapidly in
last few years, but there are also some challenges faced by them such as:
Honest feedback from customers is very important for the entrepreneurial feedback.it is
difficult to find the advisors who give a honest feedback. From proper feedback the leaders were
able to find their mistakes and take innovative ideas for making things better. A leader has many
responsibilities and can lead to some risk for taking any decision. Entrepreneurial leaders are
dreamers and through dreams comes new ideas which results in great business opportunities.
The personal values of the leader always inspires the team. Leader should always support their
employees and that makes them loyal towards their organization. This brings success for the
employees as well as for the organization. Entrepreneurial leaders face many challenges but by
getting feedbacks, removing fear of failure ,aligning personal values with organizational values
and by creating a good leadership program, they can get more success.
Entrepreneurial leaders think about organizational result and achieve their goal by doing their
work in innovative way. There are many opportunities of an entrepreneurial leader like they
know themselves and they know why they have started the business and what they have to do
for making it better. They know how their business will work in the industry and how to make it
better that their competitors (Syahwani, A.K.I., 2019). They must have a vision and should know
the way of achieving that vision. What to do and how to do is the most important point to keep
in mind for a good leader. Entrepreneurial leaders always motivate their employee to develop by
providing them training session. They help employee to grow their talent. An entrepreneurial
leader is very innovative and free to adapt risk. They are very curious about anything going in
the world and always learn new things. Business environment changes very frequently so the

entrepreneurial leader should be flexible enough to learn and implement new strategies in the
organization. Convincing power of an entrepreneurial leader is also very good and they easily
influence anyone in their team. This also build a trust between the team and the organization.
They can easily adapt to dynamic situation and also drive changes that help industries to grow
more efficiently. Being an entrepreneurial leader is a very strong way to get success in this
current economic world. Entrepreneurial leadership is going to be the most significant process in
the upcoming world to remain competitive in the dynamic market. It always bring a positive
environment and motivate employee to grow and succeed in their filed more productively (Taura
and et.al., 2019).
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been concluded that entrepreneurial leadership is
significantly plays a major role which includes the organization and motivating group of people
to achieve common objective with the help of innovation, take opportunity benefits along with
managing diverse company environment. Furthermore, the study also discussed about the
primary as well as secondary research methods in order to highlight and elaborate the concepts
of entrepreneurial leadership in more detailed manner.
