florist and they also deal in various types of Flowers as in this individual place order to send
Flowers for their family friends and many more. Therefore, the respective business idea achieves
large number of customer base as in present time most of the people would like to express their
feeling through Flowers. Besides this the report tends to cover the prominent business idea and
its objectives. Along with this prominent report undertake the discussion regarding the customer
value proposition canvas and lean business model by Proper evaluation. Along with this the lean
business model canvas and detailed development plan is discussed for the further development
and changes considering the summary at the end of report.
Business objectives
Every business organization have some objectives which they need to accomplish with
another acquired period of time. In terms of S H Flowers, they also have some objectives that
undertake sales revenues, profit, profit margin and many more which are mentioned as below
Profit: Every company need to work for profit in which they try to make their customers
satisfied which is helpful in terms of generating suitable profitability. Along with this profit is
