selected is probabilistic and does not give equal opportunity to all the respondent is non
probabilistic. Scholar has taken help of simple random sampling method under the probabilistic
sampling method (Eisenhardt, Graebner and Sonenshein, 2016). For this study the sample size

REFLECTION
This study has helped me in gaining the variety of the knowledge and skill. The main
knowledge which was gathered by me was related to the topic of the study which was not
possessed by me in the past. This will help me at the time of conducting any other study.
Skill which was gained by me was the interpretation and sourcing skill. As the study has
asked me to collect the variety of data from the different sources and also interpretation the same
to find out the result of the study.
RECOMMENDATION & CONCLUSION
After going through the study it has been summarized that there are some sort of
harassment is seen by the employee in organization. As 11 out of 20 respondent has gone with
the option of Yes. This is not that good sign for the company. To overcome the same issue in the
organization, tt has been recommend to the organization that they have to build the bonding with
the employee in the organization so that there are no such thought used to occur in there mind.
This can be done with the help of the good sort of communication.
It has been also, recommended to organization to maintain good sort of working
environment in the organization. This will eventually help the company in maintain good health
of employee. As primary data collected shows that out of 20 respondent 16 has chosen the option
that mental and physical both health are impacted by Harassment at workplace.
It has been also recommended to the organization that they used to organize a different
training session in the organization in regards to the sexual harassment. Also organization has to
make sure that the entire employee in the organization used to mandatory take part into the
