INTRODUCTION
Equality is ensuring that everyone has an amended and equal chance and they are not
treated unfairly in the organization or discriminate against due to their differences in gender, cast
age, color. Diversity is the concept which refers to the consideration of differences among the
individual and the groups of individual as well as the placement of a positive value in those kinds
of differences among the people (Konstantinov, and Lampert, 2021). These reports will going
to illustrate about NHS organization which is our national Health Services and founded in 1948.
In addition to this report will going to analyze key concept which is linked with equality and
diversity and also going to explain about the significance of the equality and diversity in context
of employment. Along with this report also going to research on roll advisory services in context
of equality and diversity and also going to evaluate about the policies and legislation which are
implemented by the organization in context of equality and diversity.

in terms of job access.
Equality and Diversity is the terms which can be described as promoting equality of
opportunity is among the individual by providing every e person to chance in order to
accomplish their potential and give them opportunity to become free from discrimination in any
kind of tree justice. There are several kinds of principles of equality and Diversity at the
workplace. Equality helps the individual to remove various and I sure the people about all
sections of the community that they have equal opportunities and fair in order to access
employment and any kind of services. Diversity is the concept which is all about valuing
individual differences and respecting individuals and treating them fairly in order to make them
valuable (Fessha, 2021). It's also crucial to think about how a person's social background or class
can affect their ability to learn. Those on low incomes with few or no credentials have been the
biggest beneficiaries of trade unions. There are some groups that are particularly difficult to
reach among them. Everyone is treated equally. As a consequence, everyone in the society will
have the freedom to interact with one another, exchange their expertise, and participate in
activities that will benefit society. Equality encourages people to be more confident, productive,
