1RESEARCH LITERACY FOR HEALTH PRACTICE This essay demonstrates the analysis of a problem that is the low performance of nursesin a clinical healthcare setting due to which they are unable to provide quality care topatients.It also focuses in improving the performance of employees that is the nursing staff inhospitals which would play a crucial role in improving the health of patients. It also identifiesethical factors and implications that would help in the nursing staff and other healthcareprofessionals in providing excellent healthcare services to patients.The role of a manger in a clinical healthcare setting plays a significant role in the deliveryof quality health care services to their patients.The management staff in the hospitals developseveral strategies and measures that is very crucial in preventing the general public fromgetting infected with different types of health diseases.They provide various nursinginterventions and provide healthcare facilities such as high class equipmentfacilities,preoperative and post operative care. They also provide patient satisfaction by providing good careto patients and also their family members(Sabatino et al. 2014). The health manager facesseveral types of problems in making improvement in the management strategies in a hospital.These problems may include a lack of proper knowledge in the nurses in evidence based practicethat is nursing.It is important to convince the employees that a positive change is crucial toimprove the workplace performance in the organization. It is important for the higher authoritiesto empower and support their staff inorder to improve the performance of employees in theworkplace in evidence based practice that is nursing(Hernandez, Morgan and Parshall,2016). Facilitators play an important role in changing the strategies that can be applied in thenursing practice for a better patient experience.If qualified nurses are available then they are

If the nurses are are aware of their roles and responsibilities then it willbe easy for them to provide excellent patient experience.The senior professional in the hospitalsshould keepthe nursing staff motivating(Hoeve, Yansen and Roodbol, 2014).The health carestaff should also be given proper training about the importance of documentation.They shouldbe made to understand that itplays a very important role in healthcare and it is generated by anelectronic method to record the information of the patient.It includes basic information of thepatient such as gender and age , medical disease and treatment prescribed . The main aim ofelectronic systems is that it helps in finalizing a decision and improves treatment.Abundant staffs will be a facilitator in the management changes in clinical practice. Themanagement requires dividing each group of staffs for each role which will help in properimplementation of the changes. Abundant staffs will help in reduction of the workloads for thepatients. Availability of resources are the main facilitator in clinical practice to implement anychanges(Kelly et al. 2014).The administrator and the staff nurses having proper knowledge oftheir duty and are well versed with their roles will be helpful for the health manager toimplement the changes. The facilitator for the health manager in implementation of changeprocess involves the presence of proper workplace culture.The clinicians, nursing staff and otherhospital staff should work in a collaborative manner which play a crucial role in helping thepatient to manage the disease and the treatment given to them.One of the barriers for the health manager is to solve the problem of a lack of interest andenthusiasm in the nursing staff.Another barrier in a healthcare setting is the lack of confidence inthe staffs to make a decision on their own that is related to providing care to the patients and
