INTRODUCTION
Skills of an individual reflect their working ability and the knowledge that has been
gained by gaining a lot of experiences (Bean, 2018). The skills, strengths and the weaknesses
reflect the personal development of an individual that helps to manage the different
consequences on the life in an easiest manner. The strength and developmental capabilities
consist of the skills that will be developed on continuous basis. This report includes the different
methods through which the skills of an individual get more developed and the critical reflection
of the thinking cycle with the help of strength and weaknesses.

Analyse and apply all the personal development documentation to evaluate the key skills,
abilities and characteristic
Belbin teamwork: It is the behavioural test that is also known as self perception
inventory and includes the nine team roles. Belbin believes that the pattern of behaviour that is
different as per the different personalities. As from these roles there is the tendency to behave,
contribute and interrelate with the other members in a particular manner. There are different
roles that are as explained below as:
Resource investigator: It is the skills through which the different ideas will be brings by
an individual and works with enthusiasm.
Team worker: It is the one through which the different ability will be analysed and
works to represent the team (Bozic, 2018).
Co-ordinator: It is the one that will focus to accomplish the objectives with more
delegator manner.
Plant: It is the skills that reflect that individual is more creative and has problem solving
skills.
Monitor evaluation: It provides more logic and delivers impartial decisions.
Specialist: It is the one that has the depth knowledge of a particular area.
Shaper: It is the skills through which the continuous focus will be maintained to attain
the objective with more efficiency.

Implementer: It works with the appropriate plan that will be developed by formulating
different strategies.
Complete finisher: It is the one that polish the task and scrutinise the errors.
As from this different skills were get developed as like the giving and keeping words by
which I could always stick on my words by which there will be more clarity as in the starting and
it helps to solve different issues with more leniency (DUBENCO, 2019). Listening is the other
skills of mine by which the ability to get understand the feeling of other will get improvised and
it helps me to make the better connection with the other people. Commitment reflects the ability
of mine by which I will always focus on my task and implies all of my efforts too. Asking for the
support is a skill of mine in which I will never get shy by solving my issue by taking the
guidance of others.
Debonos thinking hats: It is the method of good decision making technique and a
method that improvise the group discussions and individual thinking. It could be defined as the
different colour of hat and as explained below as:
Red hat: It is the skill that defines that individual is more passionate, thoughtful with
more emotions. It defines the skills of mine as of giving and keeping on the words.
Blue hat: It defines more logic that will be implementing at different required conditions.
It states the commitment skills of mine through which it will always have more focus and
concern about my work (Sousa, 2019).
Yellow hat: It defines that individual is more positive and works with the collaboration
as well. It states the listening skills of mine by which I will more patiently understand other
prospects as well.
White hat: It reflects that individual works with more facts and figure and believe in the
evidences.
Green hat: It is more nurture skills through which new and creative ideas will be developed. It
defines the skills of asking for support as whenever I need help i will take it from any other
member without getting hesitate (Fekry, 2019).
Black hat: It is the skills that reflect that individual will advocate different aspect with
deveins.
Grow model: It is easiest method of decision making and goal setting and it could be
defines as:

Establish the goal first: In this I could first target my objective as what I want to achieve
in my life.
Examine the current reality: In this I could analyse the current abilities of mine and
measure the changes and apply different uniqueness in order to develop the skills (Ismagilova,
2019).
Explore the option: In this I would love to measure the different options by which I
could develop my skills and develop myself with putting extra efforts.
These skills help me to make the better development in mine and impart a lot of
knowledge and positivity by which I could perform by work with lot of efficiency.

cycle
SWOT analysis: It is an analysis that defines the different strength and weaknesses of
mine by which I could improvise my developmental skills by converting the weaknesses into the
strengths.
Strength
Compassion: It is major strength of mine as from this I could works all the task and
different activities with more zeal and huge passion. I have love to works with more depth and I
will never take my work lightly that helps to get success in every work.
Courage: It defines the positive approach of mine towards each work and I accept each
and every task with more patiently and impart all of my efforts in that thus it is also be the
strength of mine.
Creativity: It is the skills of mine in which I will always try to work with lot of
creativeness and try to get over from different situation by applying different techniques. It helps
me to get work with more effectual manner by which I always achieve my goals in satisfactory
manner (Overgoor, 2019).
Weaknesses
Detail orientation: It is the weakness of mine in which I will always orient the work in
more detailing by which a lot of time will get waste. Sometime work would be completed with
less effort and with minimum time by due to detain orientation I will perform the complete

research and thus try to get solve that creates more pressure and decreases the performance level
of mine.
Enthusiasm: It is the approach of mine that would act as the weakness as in this intense
interest will be developed and I loved to perform different work with more pleasure. But on the
other it is more compounds as well as it raises the lot of different complexities and takes a lot of
effort by which other work will get disbursed (Phadermrod, 2019).
Evaluate the learning experience and recommendation on future application using SMART
goals.
SMART goals: It helps to set the goals that would be accomplishing in future period of
time and is as defines below as:
Specific: I will always try to work with lot of sufficiency and for that I will assured my
goals that I have been want to get achieved in future as it helps to brings better and continuous
growth.
Measurable: I will always get measured skills and compare it with the other works by
which i get to know how much I developed my skills as it will be shown by the work that has
been performed by me.
Achievable: In this the goals by mine will be those that could be achieved by me within
the timely manner and thus I will always try to be more practical rather than focusing on other
aspects.
Reliable: I love to work and developed by skills and experience with lot more
consistency and continuous flow thus I trust my strength and work with more generality.
Timely: I will always assign timed to each work by which efficiency will get maintained
and target has been achieved within the particular period of time (Rittle Johnson, 2019).
Strength–based approach: It is the approach through which I could developed my
strength by emphasising the weakness and the areas as were I not that much stronger. I have
always focused on the positive and firmly attributes rather than the focusing on negative
attributes. Thus I will focus on my strengths as like compassion; courage and compatibility by
which I try to improvise that by get working more on these areas. While on the other there are
some weaknesses as well as like detail orientation and enthusiasm by which my abilities get
weaker and it waste a lot of time of mine. In order to improve that I will start working on that
and perform detailing while there is any necessity otherwise I try to deal with my experience.

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above report that there are different skills of mine that
helps me to develop the working ability, performance, attitude, belief, positivism, knowledge,
experiences and many others. There are different theories and models that could be used to get
over more from the different skills of mine. These models are as Belbin theory from which
different roles that explores the skills will get describes. In addition to this there is debones
thinking that defines the different skills of an individual that could be specified on the basis of
different colours of hats. There is one more model that is grow model through which the
different strategies through which I could further established the different skills of mine with
more efficiency. There are some different skills of mine that has both strength and weaknesses
and that could be defined in more detailing as from Swot and smart analysis. There are some
strength based approach as well through which the different strength of mine will get developed
and build a lot of success in my professional and personal life. As to modify my skills I will
analysed the different models and then try to improvise the skills that help to make the better and
effective change in future period.
It has been recommended that the planning will be maintained by me by which all the
different actions will be strategies and the learning abilities will get enhanced by which the better
opportunities will be generated that enhanced the continuous develop of skills.
