There are certain roles and responsibilities in education and training when it comes to

Roles:
As a trainer, responsibility of an Eyelash Technician Trainer is to train subordinates in
context of furnishing their aesthetic and cosmetology skills when it comes to styling eyelashes of

same level or similar position. Apart from this, it is very necessary to ensure that equal access to

that each individual is able to participate fully.
