INTRODUCTION
Teacher is a individual or professional that helps students in acquiring the relevant
knowledge, information for development of their skills. So, teaching is the process of engaging
the student in the learning process or getting them involved in the construction of knowledge.
Learning is crucial part of individual or students as it help in their overall growth and
development of skills which can be useful in future professional career. Therefore, this report is
about the roles and responsibilities and relationship in context of education and training. It has
also highlighted necessary detailed related to importance of identifying and meeting individual
learners needs. Moreover, include research related to roles and method of initial and diagnostic
assessment with relevance to individual learning goals. It has also contained self evaluation of
the way lesson has been planned to meet individual needs. At last explained about media of
communication that are used by teacher to communicate with students.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1 (REPORT)
A) Identifying, analysis the roles and responsibilities of teacher, trainer or Educator
Teacher is primary responsible to ensure that learners are enrolled into correct course that
can easily meet their abilities, needs and aspirations so that they are motivated to learn the same
for higher growth. So, plays main role of inspiring learners to developed their ability and skills
by providing them with training and facilities. Therefore, it can be stated that the teacher is not
just related top particular subject but also prepared learners for the assessment (Sumantri and
et.al., 2018). Moreover, there are numerous roles and responsibilities that are performed by
teacher, trainer or Educator to provide knowledge and education to students. So, roles and
responsibilities performed by teacher can be illustrated as follows:
First and foremost the teacher, trainer or educator is responsible for providing and ensuring
safe and supportive environment provided to student to learn so that no harm can be caused
to them in any circumstances. At the same time it needs to ensure or maintained equality and
diversity while teaching students so that all are provide equal opportunities to learn and
developed.
Another role and responsibilities that need to be performed by teacher, trainer or educator is
adhering to key legislation, regulatory requirements and code of practices while delivering
services to several individuals (Jabbarova, 2020).

Designing course curriculum is also one of the role and responsibilities of Teachers as it my
spending sufficient time, energy and efforts tries to design appropriate time table or lesson
that needs to be included so that skills and capabilities of students can be improved to
maximum level.
Fourth role and responsibilities performed by teacher is planning activities that can easily
meet specific individual needs in better manner. Furthermore, the educator or trainers,
teacher arrange sufficient resources and other things so that student can be teach and learn
new things in more effective manner (Sampson and et.al., 2018).
The last and important role and responsibilities performed by teacher is maintaining accurate
records of individual learning progress and future needs. Thereby teacher, educator or trainer
by maintaining records of learners is able to plan appropriate strategies that could be used to
enhance their knowledge and key capabilities for bright future ahead.
Therefore from above study it can be interpreted that teacher is mainly responsible for
identifying needs of individuals, delivering lesson effectively, engaging student in the lesson.
Moreover, give regular feedback and support to learners regarding the way they can learn new
things. So they must update themselves with subject knowledges, relevant legislation and
resources that are required to teach the students (Retnawati and et.al., 2018).
Analysis of relationship and boundaries between teaching and other professional role in
education and training (AC-1.1, 1.3)
It can be analysed that the relationship and boundaries between teaching and other
professional role in education and training can be stated that teacher while working with learners
need to avoid discrimination. The teachers should also take necessary steps to maintained
confidentially of learner information so that their personal information cannot be used for
unnecessary purpose. Furthermore, the teacher or educator must be act professionally and with
integrity while teaching learner about various things (Ashraf and Zolfaghari, 2018). Thus, it
means that the teacher or educator must integrate all resources and activities to delivered better
services to various learners.
The boundaries that needs to be maintained by teacher in relations to other professional
role is undertake only activities that are part of teaching role. Does, it must be ensured by
teachers that it does not perform any task or activities that is part of another professional role.
Another boundaries between teaching and other professional role is to maintained confidential of

learners in context of other professional so that no one can make use of it for undesired purposes.
Therefore, the above two are boundaries that needs to be maintained between teaching and other
professional role in context of education and training (Rodrigues, Isotani and Zarate, 2018).
There is a positive relationship with teaching and other professional role as teacher needs
to continuously work with many other professional throughout its career to delivered better
services to learners in limited time frame. Such as teachers has to work with other professional
role like technical and administrative staff and care taker in order to complete its respective
duties and responsibilities. So, both teaching and professional role by coordinating working
together as team is able to enhance learning capabilities of students and lead in their greater
growth and success in future profession.
B) The relevant legislation, code of practice related to role of teacher, trainer or Educator (AC-
1.2)
Various legislation, regulatory requirements, code of practices that need to be abided by
teacher, trainers or educator while performing its role and responsibilities so that no harm can be
cussed to any students. Equality act, data protection. Health and safety and Safeguarding
vulnerable group are some of the regulatory, legislation and act that are need to be abided by
teacher, trainer or Educator while performing their several roles and responsibilities to teach
students. Such as:
Data protection (1998): It is one the law in which emphasis that teacher while performing its
roles and responsibilities need to be protect data and crucial information of learners. It should
take all security measure to ensure that personal information of learners cannot be exposed out or
used for unnecessary purpose (Neely, 2017).
Equality act (2010): Another code of practices, regulatory and legislation in context of role of
teacher, trainers or educator is ensuring equality among learners. Thus, it means that the teachers
need to treat each individual equally while teaching them or delivering knowledge for their
overall growth and development.
Health and safety act (1974): It also one of the regulatory framework that specific that it is the
role of teacher to ensure health and safety of learners or provide friendly, safe and supportive
environment so that they can easily learn. Therefore, it is responsibilities of teacher to assess risk
associated within the learning environment in order to identify alternative method that could be
used to protect them for various harm.
