Ethical Dilemma. 3Question 1: Is there an Ethical Dilemma?The decision-making process of Nirmal has moral imperatives qualities. The ethical paradoxes in the case study are developed through the science of conduct in knowing the right and wrong. In the Moonlight Company, there exist some features in the artificial intelligence programs that discourse areas of interests in the workplace. The ethical survey helps in addressing frequent cases where employees' benefits and projects collide. Nirmal reservation in the use of computer services requires a better check on programs found on the internet (Reamer 1983 pp 32). In this case study, ethical dilemmas are featured in the integration of employees with different computer programs. There four ethical dilemma in the Moonlight Company that shows a proper integration of employees in developing artificial intelligence programs. Firstly, the software providers are pushing Nirmal to get the result in the designation of artificial computer programs. Solutions are required by a manager to helps solve problems of consumers' preferences (Reamer 1983 pp 32). The moral ethics encourage personal effort in executing a project and enhance success at the end.Intelligence thoughts of Nirmal help in addressing problems in Moonlight Company. Secondly, itis evidence that Nirmal is doing some tasks that are probably not in the job descriptions (Reamer 1990, np). Moonlight Company needs better resolutions on emerging problems to satisfy consumers' needs. Thirdly, the culture of misbehaving is discouraged in the management to increase the effectiveness of operations. Senior staffs are generally subjective in giving orders to help team members be aggressive in a designing project. For example, Nirmal liked what he designed in
