INTRODUCTION In every form of organization the role of leader is considered as a significant aspect. This is because, leader is an individual who inspires, motivates, influence and encourage the followers to follow them back in regard of accomplishing the pre- determined goal or objective in an improvedmanner.Moreover,aneffectiveleadershipimprovestheworkingcultureof organization and also the overall performance of manpower that lead them to place their brand in a competent position among competitors in an amended way. On the other hand, ineffective leadership may impose several difficulties within business functions like miscommunication, misconception, conflict of interest, ambiguities that may reduce the productivity of company. In addition to this, one of the another major concern that impact every leader performance is being ethical (Constandt, De Waegeneer and Willem, 2018). This is because in current marketplace, it is highly challenging for leaders to deal with dynamic nature of customer demand and industry competition as well as to acquire best position inside competitive industry in a stipulated time limitwithoutanyhindrances.However,forsurvivinginsidecurrentdayglobalizedand competitive industry, ethical decisionsand leadership support individual to attain the same and as well as drive them to render increased level of motivation among employees towards working culture. Moreover, ethical leadership also enable leader to grab all available opportunity in order to gain cutting edge competitive advantage in an innovative or productive style among rivalries. In this present study, it provides the better understanding about ethical and unethical leader and also the identification of various leadership style for improving productivity ratio in an effective mode. 1
