ETHICAL ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS3 Introduction Ethicsand regulations are some major parameter based on which the company should perform there operational activities. Ethical and regulatory norms are to be considered are the major principles which is to be used by an organization when it wants to work in line of assembly working norms to maintain a stagnant principle of working in order of getting organizational objectives. In the current assessment there will be analysis over the unethical organizational values and whether the company is ethically organized on some key ethical aspects. The company which has been taken in to accounts for the current analysis is Apple Inc. The analysis will look at the fact related to know that of the company is ethically decoupled or ethically transformed. Analysis Apple Inc. is a multinational Technology company based in United States of America. The company operates on the global platforms hence there are different legal, regulatory and ethical boundaries and norms which the following has to follow in order to maintain its effects international operations (Driskill, 2018). It is to be mentioned that through the use of effective inner ethical and regulatory activities to its ethical boundaries. In the recent times the corporate governance of the company has been sensitive on the CSR activities of the company in the region to which it is working in.It is to be mentioned that through action it can be said that the company believes in its contribution towards the society in which it is working in (Barrett- Connoret al.2016). Apple has also been criticized for not maintaining the same norms in different countries and has been criticized for keeping relationship with countries which are not in good relationship with the countries. Although it can be said that Apple does have some flaws

It is to be mentioned that through the use of effective strategies the company has tightened up their ethical and regulatory system so that the company gets ethically more advanced and ethical priorities are set in line of which operational activities within an organization is set up. The company has also implemented anti- discrimination policy within the organization under which every member and employee of the organization will not be discriminated in accordance to their race, caste, creed and culture. The company has also implemented policy to protect human right within the organization. Any kind of misbehavior or breach of ethical values is punished within the organization. The company also has implemented Work Health safety policy in the firm to protect the employee from any type of physical or financial harm in line of operating within the firm. The company has also implemented strict policies in line of making the work environment safe for the workers in the organization (Huhtala, Tolvanen, Mauno & Feldt, 2015). It is to be mentioned that through the use of tools and policies the company monitor the activities of employees and workforce force so that there are minimal regulatory and ethical teaches within the firm. It is to be noted that the company has been very strict in managing their ethical and regulatory state due to which the company is considered to be a very strict workplace under which every employee and member has to follow the ethical guidelines in line of operating within the firm. The company in this way minimizes ethical and regulatory breaches and risk related to them in significant manner this simplifies the operational activities of the firm in an efficient manner (van Woerkom, Bakker & Nishii, 2016).
