INTRODUCTION
In every project it is required to follow an effective methodology so that it is completed
successfully. Also, the use of method provide a relevant framework on how project stages are
to be executed and proceeded. The use of methodology depends on nature and type of project.
Also, it depends of scope and needs of stakeholders that what method is feasible in it.
Alongside, each method differs from one another on basis of its features. Without use of method
it is difficult to complete project. Furthermore, evaluation is done to find out suitability of
method within project (Abdulla. and Al-Hashimi, 2019).
The report will lay emphasis on various types of project methods and theories available.
also, it will discuss about what methodology is suitable for taunton warehouse project.
MAIN BODY
A project methodology is defined as combination of practices, processes, etc which help
in controlling, planning, and delivering of project. It is a framework that consists of various
stages through which project is completed. Usually, it is a approach that is used to design and
execute project. Here, main aim of use of method is to make continuous improvement in
managing of project and ensuring that issues are solved in effective way. The project manager
gets insight that what to do in specified budget and schedule. The stages enable in breaking
down of project into sub stages so that it is proceeded in systematic manner. It is important to
use method into project so that successful outcome is achieved. As every project varies from one
another on various criteria such as scope, cost, time, nature, etc. but it uses some type of method
through which it is executed. In a project the first stage is planning and then it comes is
execution. It is an important stage as if project is not executed in effective way it can lead to
ineffective outcomes (Chandrachooodan, and Radhika, 2020). Thus, for that it is necessary to
use particular methodology in it. Apart from that, there are several theories as well which is
applied within project. This is integrated with methodology which makes it easy manage
project in efficient way.
Similarly, in Taunton Warehouse project as well there needs to be apply of specific
methodology. This is because it will be useful in managing project in efficient way. However,
for that it is important to evaluate various method and then select appropriate one. Hence, there
