reaching the customers who cannot physically buy products
• Helps the businesses with the management of the customer

• This presentation intends to evaluate two websites, namely
Amazon and ebay for determining the features of the websites
• Achecker has been used for determining the issues and features
of the websites
• Appropriate recommendations are provided for improving the
websites
• A sample task has been conducted for determining the usability
of the websites for the users

AMAZON WEBSITE
• Amazon.com is considered as the largest retailer in
the world as well as as a prominent provider of
cloud services (Bhatt et al., 2015)
• Originally used the website for selling significantly
wide variety of consumer goods as well as digital
media (Nilashi et al., 2016)
• Presently gained significant development and it
has a huge inventory from which any user can
select according to their specifications and get it
delivered to their residence (Ritala, Golnam &
Wegmann, 2014)
• Provides the option of online payment that is used
by several customers when it is being shipped
abroad

EBAY WEBSITE
• eBay is the website that provides the
functionality similar to Amazon where people
can purchase and sell goods
• Provides the features of auction that helps in
placing the appropriate value for the products
which could be bought by any other user
