INTRODUCTION Personal leadership is the ability of any individual personto developand utilize some positive aspect of the leadership this is helpful for any person to be motivated in their life. This can motivate them to achieve their life goals. Experience of any job is also example of personal leadership because there person can leader toachieve his life goals. This report will briefly analyze the ethical challenges in workplace and this will make strategies to overcome from those challenges. In the end this report will cover the experience from the job. MAIN BODY In Every workplace and industry people Face Unethical challenges.When I was working in a Axis bank then I have paced many Unethical challenge(Beckett, C., Maynard, A. and Jordan, P., 2017).The first challenge I have face in the company wasunethicalLeadership. Every person have problem with their boss during the job but report about that personwho misbehave with you is a different thingand This is not acceptable for all of us.Leaders were forcing me to work more than the working hours. Leaders of the company was not having abilities to lead teamand other team members was not listing to them because of their unethical behavior with them. They were treatingemployees like they are not human they are just come for work. Because ofthis misbehavior from the leaders of the company manypeople left the job and apply in some other banks where they can learn better from their leaders. If we talk about now employees who join after me. Does not get any trainingand without trainingand knowledge they were working. One more problem I have faced aboutemployees equality.I was working in Axis bank from almost one year but I don't get any promotion and increment in my salary this was unethical behavior with the employeeswho were having experience. Employees who were joined newly , getting salarysame like I was getting in the company. There was no proper salary distribution (Bovill and et.al., 2016). Some seniors employees were getting more salary than me, and we all were on the same post, and we weredoing same task. They were not treating every employee equally and this problem not only I was facing, there was my some other friend also facing same issue in that company. Technologyplay important role in every industry but in the bankingindustry (Dörr and Hollnbuchner., 2017). It is important because they havemanycustomers in all over the world they cannot record every details ondocuments. Computer and electronic equipment's are
necessary for banks toincrease work efficiency of the workers and also helps to record transaction andget details about theircustomers, But It was an different situation in my company because therewas not proper computers to work. A commuter which I was using for work was having issue of hang. This was wasting my time andcustomers time as well.There was no technician in the company who can solve this problem in computers. Most of the time I have facedthis issue and one time my computer get shut down automatically and I try my best to on that computer but it was not, then manger of the company call some technician who come and onmy commuter. This thing creates many problems for me and bank both. When I join newly in a Axis bank then some seniors try to provoke me and preserver me to work this was some kind ofharassmentfor me because they were giving mework which was assigned them, but they were givingme to do that work for Them.When I try to complain about this all they were telling methat you are junior then us and it is your responsibility to do what seniors tell you to do(Sosnik and Augustine., 2016). This thing impact on my personal life and, I started taking depressionin my personal life as well because they were behaving unethically. There were many seniors who where doing this with me, and I was not able to concentrate on my work. I don't wanted to leave that job becausethat time I was having some responsibility when Isay no to them for do their work then they pressurized me to do work in the office. I was getting work more than I usually do in that office,and I was last person in the office who was working overtime. I have faced many Unethical challenges duringworking in a Axis bank. But Imake some strategies to overcome from this all issues. First issue I have faced was misbehavior from the leaders. Fist ofall I tell everyone about this problem and everyone was agreed with me then I write a letter to Manger of the bankthat we all are facing problem and leaders are not doing work properly, and they are behaving unethically with the staff(Sonenshein., 2016).Employees are not following leaders because they are not behaving unethically with them, and they are just treating us like we are working for them. They are not even giving proper training to the employeesand there is no anticipation of the leaderin task. After this meager take this issue seriously, and theychange leaders in my bank. Second problem I have faced was employees equality. To overcome from this problem I prefer to talk with management team (Kosinski and et.al., 2015). I go to the Hr team and task about this problem that we are facing problem in salary propelwho arejunior then usare getting same salaryand sometimewe are working more

than them because they are juniors, and we are seniors, because of this issue many people have left thisjob because they are getting same salary if they are working from many years. Management team of the company listen to me, and they also look for this problem. Then they understand that every senior employees are having issue about their salary. Then they promote them who are working from many years. This is the best way to solve this problem for any employees who are facing problem related to their equality. I would like to recommend them to talk with seniors, so they can solve this kind of issues. Commuters are necessary for the banking work any there was not technician in the wank who can solve this problem almostall the employees of the company was facing this serious issue. There was no one who were listening to us then I wrote a letter to the senior branch of the bank and in the letterI writethat we r are facing problemrelated to computer and there is no technician in this Branch this thing is makingour work slow and for this alsomangers are giving pressure to us so kindlyprovide onetechnician of this branch, so they can solve our problem because there is no Tunisian in this branch. And not only me other employees of the company also facing thisproblem during theworkandbecause of this customers are also facing problem in getting service from the bank (Nicholas and Hollowell., 2016).Thenthe senior branch manager take the strict action on my branch manager then they provide us new IT workers in the banks whose only work tosee the problem occurring in the computers and other electronic equipment. This helps me to boost my work more than I was doing before and my branch manager also get impressed from me and give me a promotion in my job. Harassmentwas the major issue I was facingduring my working time it was affecting on my personal life, and I was depressed somuch. One day I get tired so much fromthis all then I reportto my leaders and mangers about it that how they are creating problem for me, and they are cresting pressure on me to do their work, then they tell me to bring evidence against him then they will take serious action against him then I tell one of my friend in the same post to record this all in their cell phone (Kosinski and et.al., 2015). Then my record harassment activity in his phone wend I show that evidence to themanger and leader of the bank.Then they take strict action on the seniors and bank manager fired them from job for harassment. This make come out from this problem and there were many employees also facing this problemand those seniors were precised them for their work, After the resolving this issue I did not face any issue during working in the Axis bank.
Therewas many unethical challenges which I have faced when I was working in a Axis bank and many employees are facing this challenges, but they do not there their problems to the seniors so it is important for them to talk with their seniors about it because this is there duty to solve problem which is facedby employees(Waheed and et.al., 2015). Employeesimpact on the growth of their organization andsuperiors of the companyshouldlisten their problem because they will work properly then their organization can achieve high growth in the market. I have work in the bank for years, I am happywhen Iwas feeling this problem then my seniors listen to me and that was my best experience to work in this bank. I have lean to be confident in the life things thing helps to learn how to solve problemandwhat strategies you should use when u are facing ethical challenges. Before I was having lackof confidence in my life but after this experience I have learned tohandle situation because every situation have their positive solution. When I left this job and join another job thenthis experiencework for meas a medicine , therealso I was facing some issue butthis time, I was knowing how to solve these problems because I have experienced this problem so it was not that big issue for me to handle this situation again. In the end I just wannasay that every person used to face many problems I their life. It's matter that how you overcome from this situation and what you are learning from this problem. It is important to never give up on anything until you achieve success. CONCLUSION As per the above report has been analyzed the Ethical challenges employers face during working in a organization like harassment, ethical headship and employees equality. This report has been cover strategies to overcome fromunethical challenges.And in the end this report has been cover the learning outcome from this all challenges and strategies.
