This current report is based in case study Amazon. Amazon is American multinational organisation which is selling variety of products as an E- commerce organisation. It was funded by Jeff Bozos in 1994. Organisation is listed in top four company of current time. In relation to current report, there is discussion on current situation of among in market where industry and expectation of customer will also be discussed in relation to firm. Along with this, there is also use of SWOT analysis and roles of employees in organization so that identification of rang and development plan can be done. After that, Role selection and its Importance of role, Skills require to perform that role and Needs & requirement in organisation will be discussed. MAIN BODY Organisation background Sector of organisation Amazon is global performing firm is performing number of nation in current times. Majority of operations which are performed by Amazon in E-commerce industry. In relation to this industry, Amazon is performing at top position in current function.Amazon is larger scale organisation in this industry where it provide number of product and services to individual. Organisation follow Hierarchical corporate structure, Flexibility of the business and Stability in the top management(Henttonen,Kianto and Ritala, 2016). These all are functions which are used by Amazon in organisation to achieve business objectives. Expectation of customer form Amazon Amazon isimproving its business function in regular manager this is because firm is performing its function in effective way this enable organisation in achieving largenumber of customer support. In relation to this organisation is dealing inranging from clothing, catalogue of products, and accessories to automotive equipment. Amazon helped to accelerate e-commerce, changing consumer expectations and improving business processes along the way(Vasumathi, 2016).
