Introduction
The event strategy of Animethon will be to focus on screening for anime and also voice actors
from North America. The event will also have musical performances of artists from Japan and
North America. Animethon will also organize other activities like different type of games,
costume competitions, competitions of and anime music videos. It will be held in Alberta of
Canada and promoted by the Alberta Society for Asian Popular Arts (ASAPA). It will be a three-
day event and will be held in Shaw Conference Center of Edmonton of Alberta. The event will
be managed by 50 volunteers. The paper will also help in evaluating the various strengths and
weaknesses of the event that is going to be organized. There should consider proper strategies
by focusing on the weaknesses of the event, and it can be enhanced with the help of the
implementation of the latest techniques to perform business activities.
