Students have a lot of career options and it is very necessary for them to plan a proper scenario in
order to have good academic as well as professional Career. In the following report, job
opportunity chosen is human resource manager in retail company. There are several challengers
which for human resource manager has to face while conducting operations and tasks. This will
inform about how a student must plan In order to manage the growth and development.
