1. Project Description
1.1 Background of the Project Case
The Australian Non-Government and Not-for-Profit Organisation (ATA) is a company
that primarily deals with the production of solar panels and installing them at various locations.
In the given case, the project focuses over the installation of solar panels in the region of East
Timor. The village community has developed some plans for diminishing the use of kerosene
and smoke within the region and enhance the growth of electricity production with the help of
solar panels (Ferreira et al. 2018). With the successful completion of the solar project, it would
increase the benefits incurred for the region and also increasing the long-term benefits of ATA.

The East Timor village community would be installed with solar panels that would be

for the installation purpose (Fan and Xia 2017). An additional amount of AUD 2 would also be
charged on a monthly basis for maintenance purposes.
2. Training of technicians – The technicians would be provided with training based on

1.7 Success Criteria for the Project
The criteria defined for achieving success for the installation of solar panels are:
1. The meeting of defined objectives as per the provided deliverables.
2. Ensuring proper and successful implementation of solar panels so as to meet up to the
expectation of business objectives (Kanellis et al. 2017).
3. Each of the homes would be supported with electricity and the traditional processes
would be mitigated.
1.8 Issues faced by ATA

After the documents have been prepared, it should be properly put under review by the
management team (Cano, Moguerza and Alonso-Ayuso 2016). Reviews should also be gained
from the villagers and based on that the project could be defined as successful.
2.10 Organisation Plan
The plan for the project would be completely organised by the technicians and the project
manager who would be responsible for the successful completion of the project. The scheduling
of project and estimating a proper budgetary plan for the project.
2.11 Project Closeout Plan
After the project would be completed and each of the activities would be completed for
the project, the project could be defined as complete. After each of the plan have been signed as
