Introduction
Leadership in an organization is important for the management and employees to
motivate them and to provide the right path to deliver the best express vision that enhances the
progress of the company. In this essay, the leadership management is the only way to develop
the structure of the management and to understand the role of a leader and implement those roles
according to the need for company. The thesis statement has stated that team building and
leadership skills are important for the organization to maintain good work culture and
management competency. There are some key executive programs that have been discussed over
here with the essence of leadership skills and participant sponsorship (Renz, 2016). Team
dynamics and professional growth of leadership program is important in this context to
understand and analyze the relationship between the customer and employees of the
organization. There are some participant sponsorship agencies that have done for the
development of origination and leadership role and objectives are implementing this. Executive
leadership has implemented for the cultural and ethical behavior and it also serves the necessary
understanding of business origination (Tushman, 2017). The vision of leadership organization is
to meet the objectives of the organization and also understand ideas, innovativeness, and
productivity on behalf of the company and that creates ample solution for the employees to direct
the direction of the company.

leadership quality and effectiveness so that an impactful leadership vision has established. There

are certain programs that analyze the key responsibilities of leadership. Excellent
communication skill and their communicating thoughts are the important aspects that a leader
must have to manage any kind of situation (Magrane & Morahan, 2015). The ability to clarifying
a situation or to mitigate any conflict between employees is the most effective importance of
communication. A leader must have the ability to listen to any situation and made a constructive
argumentation or debate over that. Debates are good for the organization as constructive ideas
and innovativeness are coming from those debates and new thinking has evolved by the situation
(Ross & Reilly, 2016). Teamwork bonding is another responsibility that leaders have to
maintain as they are the only person who can control the whole team and organizes and
motivates them for the ultimate goal or objective of the company. The management will become
stronger if a quality team will form and excellence work is provided by them (Frich et al. 2015).
Trust and relationship will grow by that process and that will engage the bonding with the team
leader as well. Talent management is another aspect that a leader has to acquire. Team building
and picking up the talent is the primary objective of the leader thus he has to be so efficient to
identify those people. The leader has to provide their empowerment and develop the skill of
those team members so that one or two people who have talent come up with the aspiring
manner and provide the best result for the organization (Block, 2014). A leader must be honest,
if their honesty and integrity are not expressed to the team members then they are not
encouraged enough to do positive work and will not encourage to maintain their work rate in
adverse condition. The organization has changed their managerial work in some sections of their
department thus the leader has to be flexible enough to work and manage the level of work rate
in any circumstances (Getha-Taylor & Morse, 2013). In the process of organizational change

management, leader’s vision is not diverted as it has to fix in any strategic implementation to
reach the objectives of the organization.
Benefits of executive leadership programs
There are certain key benefits of the executive leadership program and those programs
have strengthened the management as well as provide the effectiveness in terms of managing an
organization by providing a quality product to existing customers. Improvement of basic
analytical skill that came up over the business challenges are the key option for the leaders and
they will provide better executive decisions as well for the betterment of the organization (Allen
& Wanna, 2016). Leadership will develop the greater awareness and that will showcase the
leadership style as well as the impact on the organization progression. Enhance the business
understanding and execution process is the basic maintaining term that mitigates the strategic
challenges of the organization (Muna & Khoury, 2016). Those challenges may come from the
internal or external process but those challenges are mitigated by that process of implementation.
Applying new design or implement certain strategic changes are the key developmental aspect
for the leaders, as executive leaders have to understand the best policy for the company and in
which process that production must go on, thus their level of intellectual level in any
circumstances will improve by persisted over the position. Leaders always have the capability of
mind reading thus their entire focus is on the employees and their behavior in the workplace.
There are certain physiological changes that might occur over the employees and they are feeling
misbalancing over that situation but leaders are there to motivate them, encourage them as well
as provide them the initiative to work for the company and stated the benefit they will have
drawn over there, so basically they have convincing ability in any circumstances and that is
