A stakeholder is the concern parties involved in the project or has a strong interest in its success or failure. Stakeholder management strategy of constructing the old hat café will be used to identify and classify project stakeholder. Besides, it will mention all the stakeholder power, interest, concern, strategy and level of involvement. The stakeholder of the café would be project manager, project team, engineer, architect, sponsor, suppliers and customer. There are two kinds of stakeholder internal and external. In which project manager, project employee, will be the internal stakeholder as they are directly involved in developing the project activities. Likewise, the external stakeholder would be customer, suppliers, and another café as they will supply the needed elements for project success. All the details of the stakeholder and the concern of the project to build the old hat café is mention briefly in the table below: PartiesPower (1-5)Interest (1-5)ConcernQuadrantsStrategy Project manager 55Management of all the resources, implementation and communication to all the parties. Feasibility analysis Feasibility analysis is done by the company where the project is possible in certain circumstances. Its analysis the company money for a project is it worth project or not and the manpower to complete the project. Proper analysis will show the strengths and deficits before the project is planned or budgeted for. By doing a feasibility analysis company can save money and resource by avoiding the not feasible project. For our old hat café construction, we had done feasibility analysis like economic, cultural, technological, schedule (time), resource availability risk feasibility which is mention briefly in different containers. By analysis of those feasibilities, we can say that this project is worthful and feasible in the today market. Work breakdown structure (WBS) A WBS is a key project deliverable that teams work into manageable sections. The WBS of our old hat café construction is flow chart below with the addition Micro soft project document.

LEADING One critical and effective consideration of project execution and management, is leading the project team in a manner that will ascertain successful completion (Shenhar 2015). It is a leader’s responsibility to motivate the team to put their best efforts in finishing a particular project. Since the current project linked with the development of the Old hat Café is a complex project, effective leadership is to be executed in the team. It is the duty of a leader to identify the capability of each of the team members so assign a perfect role in execution of the café development project (Aga, Noorderhaven and Vallejo 2016). In this project, the project manager will perform the role of a project leader to lead and motivate the team in successful project execution. Supply chain Management The importance of supply chain management for old hat café project understands the breakdown and traceability of products and services, organization, logistics, people, activities, information and resources that transform raw material into a finished product that is fit for the project purpose. We expected higher overall profitability through lower real costs and reduce margins for equipment maintenance. Further improve customer satisfaction and the ability to establish great industry presence and reputation Monitoring Project monitoring is a critical aspect of managing and execution of a project and it ascertains that a particular project is being executed as per the developed plan. The monitoring process of the project related to construction of the old hat café involves keeping a track of the tasks that are needed to be executed. The tasks that are running off the schedule should be identified and should be put back to track (Kerzner 2017). The process of project monitoring further involves checking if the project is aligned with the schedule, budget and the resources estimated for the project (Hazır 2015). In construction of the old hat café, the scheduling and the budgeting aspects will be monitored to ascertain that a particular project is always executed as per the plan. The project monitoring process will be managed and executed by the manager of the project who will keep a track on the tasks that are performed by the project team members. ENDING OF REPORT The report provides a detailed plan and the requirements to be considered for execution of a project in a successful manner. The report identifies the need of effective stakeholders’ management that helps in identification of the power and interest of the stakeholders. The report has identified the need of feasibility analysis of the project prior to its implementation. The feasibility analysis was needed to identify the strengths and the deficits of the project. The feasibility analysis report indicates that the project is technologically and economically feasible. The report further identifies the work breakdown structure of the project to be executed to identify the sequencing of the task. The development of this plan was necessary to deliver the Old hat café within the available time and within the budget set.
CONCLUSION The project plan report aimed in developing a well-structured plan to construct the proposed old hate café within 3rdOctober 2019. Since the project is to be completed in a constrained time, development of this project plan necessary. The most important elements of the project plan developed include managing the project stakeholder, Feasibility analysis of the café construction project, work breakdown structure and the organizational structure. The quality management aspects linked with the project is discussed as well. The report establishes the need of showing effective leadership to ascertain that all the tasks are completed within the deadline.
