B. Contingency Plan
As per the estimation, Fresin Fries will have to run its business at loss during the initial
years thereby using some of the cash reserved that have been investment during the initial
period. With the increase in sales, there will be an expansion if outlets to spread brand
awareness (Tan and Mitra, 2016, p.72). The growth of visibility will help the company to
take up less expensive location thereby managing operation of the flagship.
In case if the decided plan is not followed the company has a reserved investment for the
entire employee to ensure the health and protection of all the staffs by reducing down the
interruptions towards the business capability. The company needs to have a planned
process of contingency by monitoring the sales and finances to reduce the financial loss.
In case if an employee is injured, the workplace will have a workplace first aid kits and
source of emergency from the retailed store and successful plan for data backup. These
