Change management process
Preparing- The management must prepare for change if they wish to
change. They should define the strategic goals they want to achieve
and develop their change model that suits them best.
Managing change so as to develop the management plans. This will
be followed by taking actions and implementations of those plans
Reinforcing change is where feedback is collected and analyzed.
Being the last step of change management process, the executive
members diagnoses the identified gaps and take the necessary and
best steps to achieve success(Zairi, 1997).
