firm will aim to handle all services of immigration such as defending the migrants' rights, handle
issues concerning illegal immigration, help businesses to know about the issue related to
immigration and many others. The consulting firm will be offering professional and standard
immigration consulting practices to its corporate and individual clients at an international and
national level. The firm will aim at working harder so as to attain its clients' expectations.
Mission statement
The mission of Johnson immigration consulting firm is to assist the immigrants. The
firm will also aim at making sure that it becomes a leading and prominent brand in the industry
in the nation. Also, the firm wishes to be among the best twenty immigration consulting
organizations in the state offering good immigration services to the clients (Adizes et al, 2017).
Description of the Practice (overview)
The business plan of the immigration firm will cover the structure as provided by the
student. The company will be an immigration company that will be specifically located In
Ecuador. It will offer a wide range of immigration services such as protecting the rights of the
immigrants, providing immigrants with some important advice, provision of visa- related
services, advice on the illegal and legal methods of immigration, offering citizenship among
other refuge related services. The firms, the office will be located in Ecuador and it will follow
the nation's legal form. In addition, the firm will follow the terms and conditions of the RCIC as
a regulatory body in Ecuador that monitors the Canadian immigration firms or professionals. The
body is designed by "the federal Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship." The
reason for entering private practice is that it would like to help the help all sorts of people from

Spanish speaking countries. By entering into private practice, I will be in the position to
effectively carry out my services without intervention from the state. I think people will seek my
services because I will provide the best services as compared to other firms. In addition, I will
provide clients with affordable but good services. The business goal to be obtained is "building
an immigration consulting brand" (Bernier, & Roger, 2012).
The marketing strategy that the business will undertake will include the SWOT analysis,
as well as the marketing mix. This will be for the purpose of market entry. The procedures of

In order to gain the market competition in the consulting industry, I will provide good

order to exploit these weaknesses, I will employ professional workers, focus on the privacy of
the clients and ensure legal processes. Also, sufficient customer services in the form of the
parking lot, security are some of the customer care strategies to be employed. These will be used
so as to obtain customer loyalty Currently, my competitors market are declining as a result of the
reducing per capita that is causing the firms to find different industrial alternatives (Edmund &
Mike 2017).
The firm will operate as required by the regulatory body of the nation (RCIC). In
addition, all office activities will be done according to the administration structure. Because the
firm is a home business computer desk will be used so as to effectively keep track of the clients'

and organization’s data properly. In addition, various computer systems will be incorporated
such as accounting software to track the financial data of the firm, Oracle databases will also be
used to store the firm's data and many other systems. Because the firm focuses on Spanish
speaking nations such as Spain, Argentina, Columbia, Cuba, Mexico, Panama and abroad, the
database to be used should be reliable so as to effectively store and retrieve the client’s data
according to their states. As a home business, the firm will not have very many buildings as it
will just have a few rooms. Different types of equipment will be used such as computers, files,
published articles, and many others. In addition, various services that are required by the clients
will also be provided such as public transport, parking, security and many others (Mark, &
Lemley, 2015).
In order to ensure the proper running of office practices, skilled labor will be required. In
this case, the firm will only hire professionals in various filed so as to ensure effective delivery
of work. In order to test the skills of an individual, the firm will carry out interviews to asses
some one's ability to perform a given task. While looking for qualified workers, the firm will
draft the description of the jobs with the required skills (Edmund, & Mike 2017).
As a home business that focuses on immigrants from the Spanish speaking countries,

In-depth Financial Plan:
For financial projections, the business plan will cover statements such as the balance
sheet and the profit and loss statements. It will be based on the zero-based costing method since
it is a new start-up business. The plan will cover projections for three years. The costs will
include fixed costs and variable costs. Financing of the business will be based on equity and debt
financing, the equity will be generated from the individual partners and the debt will be obtained
from an investor. Other costs apart from the operating expense will include the legal cost,
consultation fees, market survey costs and many more (Adizes et al, 2017).
For the purposes of operating at break-even point, the costs will have to be reduced so as
to create an added advantage for the company to gain access to revenues. These revenues will be
directed towards meeting other requirements so as to ensure sustainability a continued existence
of the company in the long run. The debt to be obtained will be on a long term basis, and the
business will enter into a forward contract with the investor so as to secure against exchange
market risks. The financial year of the business will start on the 1st of July and end on the 30th of
June. The payment of salaries will be made on a monthly basis and partners will share profits
depending on a ratio basis of capital contributed. Debts and obligations will be recorded at their
fair value and consequently be written off over there maturity period. The fixed costs will be
recognized at historical cost and depreciation will be charged on a straight-line basis (Mark, &
Lemley, 2015).
