In the report, financial condition for adopting technological device in the catering
industry has been analyzed. In this regard, the issues are identified and suitable solutions are
provided. In the first week, issues involved with catering industry are identified. In catering
industry, customer satisfaction has an important role to be played. Hence, it is important to focus
on customer management. In this situation, adopting of electric device like Point of Scale will be
helpful to manage customer effectively in the industry.

In order to adopt enterprise resource planning, several challenges are faced. One of the
major challenges is proper planning, analysis and makes a suitable financial plan. Point of Scale
integration is one of the challenges faced while developing the project. In addition,
implementation as well as configuration of standard IDOCs is the challenge. In order to
overcome the issue, it is required to improve and develop IDOCs. Along with these, it is required
to design project blueprint and realisation of project. POS design is important in the project as it
is helpful for completing the project. Hence, it is important to analyse the process, find the issues
and develop effective solutions regarding that.
