society perceptions. It is useful in societies because with sociology, people learn and gain knowledge
about different race, gender and backgrounds. So, overall it can be said that sociology study can help
society members in understanding social and cultural aspects (Burrell, 2017).
Socialisation theory: Sociology is a process learning about ways of behaving in a manner that can be accepted
in the society. This theory in business or adjustment process can make individuals able in assuming
organisational roles that can fit to both organisations and individuals needs (Nason, Mazzelli and Carney,
2019).

The people understood each others situation which raised in the country and made their own
decisions accordingly. Government in the country also understood the people well and made sure

development which is going to be there.
