Introduction
The Square is a large exclusive restaurant which is established in Mayfair, London, UK
and founded in year 1996. The Assistant Manager is being asked to investigate food
hygiene and safety concerns and give a presentation on the same to the colleagues and
management. This presentation covers different topics that are related to food
contamination, poisoning, borne infection and illness.

Food Contamination and its types
Food contamination: It refers to the presence of dangerous chemicals and microorganism in
food that may result in illness of the persons who are eating the food. The Square is
concerned about it because some of the substances are creating contamination in its food
and affecting health of the customers. There are two different types of impureness all of
them are as follows:
Physical contamination
Chemical contamination
