They promote and advertise theirproducts through online sales which help them in gaining attention of large number of customers.With the help of effective marketing, JJ Food service promotes their new and innovativeproducts among customers and satisfies their needs and demand. The research questions includesanalyse the usage of marketing or advertisement within an organisation which help them ingaining attention of large number of buyers. Another question is importance of online saleswhich are conducted by JJ Food Service in better manner. The company offer variety of goodsand services to their buyers in the large market place that can help them in acquiring high incomeand revenue. TITLE: “The impact of Marketing/Advertising on Online Sales. A case study on JJ FoodService”. CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION1.1 Overview of researchAdvertisement is the process of marketing which mainly concerned with sendingmessages to their customers through traditional one way communication media. It can bedeveloped for appealing large number of audience and select target market where they attractcustomers in proper manner (Cheung and Thadani, 2012). Along with this, advertisements havesignificant impact on company success and gaining higher growth. In this, advertisement isexpensive method for an organisation which require huge investment and its results are oftenuncertain. The main purpose of advertisement is to create awareness regarding company’s latestproducts and services among customers. It is that activity and function which make people awareabout new and currently innovative goods and services in the market place. This will spreadinformation about new offerings, remind them about existing commodities and makemodifications in their current goods and services. Advertisement is one of the marketing strategywhich help in promoting their goods and services among customers. Marketing is important method and function for an organisation because it helps inpromoting business’s new products among customers. JJ food service offer variety of fresh andchilled products to different food industry.
