INTRODUCTION
Food service is an industry that is responsible to provide better beverages and food to
consumers. Food service management is an activity that is performed in order to render quality
food services to end users so that they get satisfied. Under this, managers train staff members of
restaurant in order to serve customers effectively (Roseman, Mathe-Soulek and Krawczyk,
2017). It comprises various activities to provide hygienic food to guest in cost effective manner.
For the current report Hard Rock Cafe is taken into consideration. It owns a chain of theme
restaurants globally and has headquarter in United States. It was founded in London in the year
of 1971 and expanded business overtime. Now the cafe has presence in nearly 74 countries
worldwide. The report comprises approaches of food supply chain along with the stakeholder
involved in process. In addition, various principles that are essential for procurement and
sourcing of material are also included in report. Further,it also comprise strategies of operations
management and significance of ethical management for the success of business.

Food service management is a business function to provide better, hygienic, meals,
beverages to customers at right time (Njage and et.al., 2018). It also comprises to make eatable
goods available to end users at their convenient place. The main aim of food service managers is
to meet with to serve quality food to buyers that meet with predefined benchmarks in affordable
price range. Hard rock cafe is a prominent restaurant that offers a range of ready meals, cuisines,
beverages to guest in order to achieve desired goals. Different food services offered by
respective cafe are given as under:
Theme food services- Under this, companies use attractive themes to grab the attention of
visitors. For this, managers design creative as well as innovative approaches to provide
overwhelming experiences to customers. Hard rock cafe owns a number of theme restaurants
across the globe to attract domestic as well as international audience. It owns a number of music
instruments, attractive pictures, autographed guitars that makes it ambiance more lurculative.
