report, sustainable approaches to business strategy and management, different approaches of
corporate social responsibility for micro, small and corporate business has been discussed. In
addition to this, evidences of key skill development have also been discussed . Along with this,
Smart action plan and belibin's team theory is also explained in order to measure and develop
key skills in specific period of time.
