INTRODUCTION
Fundamental of evidence based practices is refers to as procedure that helps in
achieving desired targets by following fundamentals effectively (Hernando-Garijo and et.al,
2021). The report is based on health & social care that helps in conducting productive approach
through emphasizing proper health of peoples in respective manner. This report will explain
about literature review for the given research topic and project proposal by using evidence based
practice. Along with this will also evaluate literature review process that influences the positive
change in health and social care practice.

The aim for determining research is to emphasize current knowledge that helps in
deriving expertise improvisation of procedure that conducts for health and safety. The main aim
of the research is to provide the assurance of fair practices to the service user in health and social
safety (Ali and Anwar, 2021). As objective of research is to maintain health and social care by
emphasizing productive approach on organization by assuring peoples lives.
Literature Review
As per Robert(2021), stated that by maintaining proper health and social care of peoples
helps in establishing productive role through emphasizing effectively. It helps in assuring proper
health and security of people by maintaining proper health in desired manner.
The primary data collection is emphasized for this that helps in conducting productive approach
through emphasizing primary objectives. (Rizan, Reed and Bhutta, 2021).
P2 Study skills and qualities required for literature review
The knowledge and applicability that has been required in order to determine the review
of literature in the health and social are the effective researching power, efficient data collecting
power, reading the different sources, making a keen observations and making approach towards
the different publication sources. The study skills ensures the effective understanding of the
data. (Alharahsheh and Pius, 2021).

In order to determine the review of literature that occurs in health and care of social
based practices the major knowledge that is required are the research techniques and data
analysing power. I have these capabilities in me (Ellemers, 2021). I believe in performing
research techniques in various ways and along with this, I prefer to made analysation on the data
that has been collected by me.

In order to conduct the ethical research the main skills that is mandatory are the honesty
and integrity. These elements ensure the fair researching techniques and also shows the accurate
and fair data (McFadden, P. and et.al, 2021). The fair data helps the health and social care in
implementing the needed and accurate decision policy.

research topic
The literature review refers to the summarized study of the research topic by using the
range of sources. It involves the number of survey, books, articles, newspapers and other sources
that are relevant to the research. In accordance with the Watkins, Sprang and Rothbaum, (2018)
it has been stated that, in literature review all the aspects related to the research topic has been
covered and it helps in analysing the final result of the topic. It is the mixture of positive and
negative outcomes in relation of the research topic and provides the clear idea in the context of
research. As many sources has been used in the literature review so, it can shows the strong and
accurate results in relation of the research topic.
As stated by Drisko and Grady, (2019) that, evidence based practices are the effective
approach of making research in health and social care. It provides the assurance of the effective
health and social care practices. It has been considered as the research approaches that has been
taken in account by the researcher in terms of implementing the decision policy in health care.
The information regarding the research topic ha been taken from the Article which is Strategies
for teaching evidence-based practice in nursing education, 2018 This source is reliable as it was
established by the Medical department itself in July 2018. The research topic is related to the

health and social care therefore, the medical department provides the actual knowledge in
relation of this.
The another source that has been used for the literature review is the book named
Evidence-Based Practice in Clinical Social Work, 2019. The book was published by James W
Drisko and Melissa D.Grady. This source of literature has provided the idea in relation of how
evidence-based practice improves the health and social care and ensures the fair treatment to the
patients.

The sources that has been used for the research topic are clearly determining about the
research. The first source that is an article includes the fundamentals of the evidence-based
practices that guides about the importance of the concept in the health and social care. It also
includes provides the information about the steps that are needed to perform the evidence-based
practices in health and social care (Horntvedt and et.al., 2018). The another literature source that
is a book contains the information about the impacts of the care practices over the health and
social care. It clearly depicts that the care practices are required in order to maintain the fair
practices towards the service users. Also, the major focus in needed to provide over the tools that
has been adopted for performing the fundamental of the evidence-based practices. Both the
literature sources are guiding about the research topic. And also ensuring the actual results in
relation of the research topic.

The sources that have been selected for conducting the literature review are valid and
reliable. As the article and book that has been used for the literature review has been published
by those individuals that are related to the medical professional. The sources have been used for
conducting the literature review must be linked with the topic of the research. And here the same
has happened. Therefore, the selected sources for conducting the literature review are realiable4
and valid (Mohanasundari and Padmaja, 2018). The article has been published by the medical
department. And the book has been written by the medical professionals. Thus, the sources are
highly reliable and valid in terms of providing the information in relation of the research topic.

The work has been done with proper ability as the research topic is linked with the
sources of literature. This ensures the accurate information in relation of the care practices. Also,
using relevant sources ensures the relevant information. And this results in determining the

and social care. And the sources of the literature determining the information in relation of the
project proposal. Thus, the viability of the project proposal in relation of the conducting the
literature review is higher.

research which seems to be important for developing skills. It also helps for increasing the
reliability and creditability of the given research because the information that is provided within
facts rather than having interpretation (Steger And et.al., 2021). Moreover, it helps for the
clinical used and consider the clients values and make their system resources. While having such
things this could provide the better information and deliver quality of health care to services
users. This keeps proven information that tends to lack subjective and also bring out the better
results for the research topic. It help the nurses for developing their skills and provide them with
better information about clinical users and ensure them for working with better estimated
concepts. It does also have the huge benefits of expanding the knowledge for health care
workers and valid information that can be added to research.

financial and psychological. While the government that also provides the various form of

The research issues are about for investigating the method of safeguarding for people with
autism (Romualdez and et.al., 2021). This topic have been selected be for widely developing
knowledge about the safeguarding within the people and looked the comparison among their
measure of safeguard people without autism. This is also important for knowing about how they
have to work towards the safeguard people and measure steps that can be taken towards such
things.
Aim
To identify the legislation passed by government implemented by organization and local
authorities to safeguard people with autism.
Objective
 To implement the framework for staff that follow in order to maintain the safety for the
people with autism.
 To analyse the importance of multi-agency approaches safeguard people with autism.

research and analyse I have selected the two pieces of literature. Moreover, this could have more

effective things and also help me for developing note taking skills. When completing for
background reading this could bring out with better note-down information and I thought this
was important and wanted to include in my literature for creating some effective things. While
this could also help for taking some better future research with using information and also help
me for knowing about how this could used in both selected literature review objective.
