INTRODUCTION
Fundamental of management simply refers as different functions which a company needs
to adopt and implement to create a proper discipline in the company. The different function is
important to be implemented to increase the revenue, sales and profitability of an organization
where most of the companies do not able to grow due to different issues. The organization
named Amalgamated Wireless who is an electronic manufacturing company located at Sydney,
Australia facing a major issue which has stopped the company's growth and development. Now,
company needs to overcome or solve the issue and required to develop their managerial
strategies to accelerate the accurate growth (Perey, Benn, Agarwal and et.al., (2018). The report
will present the specific issue and different management strategies which contributes their
effectiveness in making the company to resolve their issues and can grow.

The company named Amalgamated Wireless (AWA) is a manufacturing company who
produces and distributes the product like radios, telecommunications, television and even audio
equipments and also provides broadcasting services as well. The company has started facing
issue due to lack of innovation in their organization which makes them to get affected by major
loses and unable to develop innovation (Avdeeva, Golovina, & Polyanin, (2022). With the
development of technology and internet things the company AWA is not able to innovate new
products from which they can be able to grow again in this technological world. A failure of
innovation in the business world makes the company to stay behind from their competitors.
Root cause of problem
The lack of innovation took place because of improper management in the company
where the employee are also not satisfied and comfortable with the management decision-
making which makes the employee and workers to not contribute the best efforts and ideology of
them. The company is required to keep a focus and well-maintained decision-making areas for
the internal environment which will make the employee to have an innovative mind set and can
increase the innovation in their company which makes the company to grow and develop.
Alternative solution
The mentioned organization is required to keep an eye on the management structure of
the company so that an employee and workers can be able to accelerate the innovation. Providing

the proper and trustful work culture make the employee to feel satisfied and can contribute their
efforts and hard work to the company and increase the innovation. Building a trust culture at the
workplace will make the employee to stay attached with each other and also can stay together
and can face the different challenges (Rosenbaum, More, & et.al., (2018). Also, the management
of the AWA company also requires to give the opportunities to the employee and even welcome
the failure as a person who has failed a project will know the issues and mistakes of the project
and can be aware of them because of their learning experience and can enhance their ideology
and mind set. A person with failure have a good experience or a learning experience which
makes them to be aware and can put their best efforts into the new project and innovation.

The company is required to improve their management structure from which they can be
able to accelerate the innovation in their organization and can be able to grow and develop
successfully. A good management structure includes the good leadership style, motivational
strategies, team working ability and environment, a good communication between the
management and employee and requires to adopt the change management and innovation. The
AWA company is required to adopt these mentioned management to be working effectively so
that the company can be able to grow and can develop effectively. This solution for issues has
been selected as it covers all the areas of the management where the company is required to
improve themselves which helps the employee to stay satisfied and can enhance their innovative
mind set.
Management strategies
A management strategies is a process where the controlling and directing a business
action take place to achieve the set of goals and targets (Owenvbiugie, & et.al., (2020). These
strategies have one major purpose to provide the effectiveness on the business so that it can be
able to obtain the successful outcome. It includes the leadership, business administration and
operational activities which helps the company to develop.
Change management
This management is the process or method to support and help the individual, teams and
organization to build a change in the company from which the organization can be able to grow
and improve their profitability. There are different types of models and strategies which helps the
company to implement the change in their organization and can obtain the effective result. Here

performing the two models which will help the company to manage their change process
(Endrejat, Kortsch, and et.al., (2019).
ADKAR model
Awareness: the first stage refers to needs for a change to employee, where it essentially required
to understand the purpose and major reason behind the change is required.
Desire: The second stage defines the desire for change where it is not important that the change
should be implemented as the management wants to. In order to implement the change,
employee agree and understand the reason of change they must desire it.
Knowledge: This third stage refer the management to provide the knowledge to the employee as
how to change as it can be done and implemented with training and education.
Ability: This step make the management to ensure that the employee have an ability to adopt the
change and can use the change in positive way.
Reinforcement: The last step makes the management to provide and celebrate the success for
implementation of the change successfully.
Kurt Lewis Model
Unfreezing: The first step refers the management to accept that the change in the company is
essential or necessary to be implemented. As, the mentioned company is required to focus on the
employee management and their satisfaction where the different changes are needed.
Changing: This second step make the mentioned organization to adopt the change and can solve
the specific issue.
Refreezing: The final step is to monitor and identify the changes issue and barriers so that it can
be resolved successfully.
Motivation
Motivation is a feeling or ability which an individual person requires to accelerate their
efforts and hard work and can increase the productivity. There are two types of motivation
intrinsic and extrinsic. Extrinsic motivation includes the management to provide the motivation
through rewards in different manner such as incentives, bonus and holiday packages and such
more where the intrinsic motivation focus on the inner motivation of the employee (Maaitah
(2018). The company AWA is required to focus on the intrinsic motivation which includes the
appreciation, giving new opportunities which gives the employee an inner satisfaction.

Implementation of the intrinsic motivation will help the employee to stay satisfied and
comfortable and can be able to foster their mind set and can increase the innovation.
Communication
Communication is the first key objective from which a proper and accurate relationship
can be build between the people. The management is required to adopt and implement the
appropriate strategies of the communication to their employee so that the employee can be able
to stay comfortable whole sharing their suggestions and issues. There are different types of
communication areas such as communication channels, dialogue and negotiation steps. Here, the
company is required to adopt the two methods of communication where the verbal
communication and written communication. The verbal communication means the person who
convey the information and speech verbally or orally which is known as verbal communication
whereas the written communication simple means the written form of speech to cover the
message and information. The AWA company's management can adopt these both areas of
communication which helps them to obtain the effective result and outcome. An informal way of
communication to the employee will make the employee to stay connected and a behaviour of
good relationship. Likewise, the formal communication will include the written formation of
communication such as emails.
Team
There are different types of team where the company is required to adopt one particular
team which will help them in providing the better solution of the mentioned issue. The AWA
company can adopt the functional team which is a group of people work in a same department
but have different responsibility where the manager is the person who is required to look out the
entire management of the team and the team members have to report the manager. It helps
employee to contact directly with the manager from which no miscommunication will take place.
Leadership
In managing the change and providing the solution of the problem the management and
leader both faces the different challenges in the implementation of the solution (Sirin and et.al.,
(2018). The company AWA is required to use the transactional leadership style which helps the
leader to provide the appropriate motivation to the employee in different ways. The transactional
leadership includes the reward management system which motivated the employee to stay

positive and can contribute their best efforts in accelerating the growth and development of the
organization. This type of leadership style can foster the company growth.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded the major issue of the company which required an appropriate
solution for overcoming the issue or obstacle where the management has required to put their
efforts in changing the management structure. It also includes the different strategies and theories
for implementing the changes in the company and can increase the growth and development of
the organization.
