believed that spin and win game will be boring and result in failure of the game but after participation of team one, this game had become more interesting. I took certain steps in this game such as: Designing:designing of this game of was most challenging because spin and win require resources such as wheel used in spinning (MacLeod and Eaton, 2020). I faced difficulty in arranging resource of this game, arranging same colour card and setting wheel in activity area was difficult for me. This game was only possible if every team and member of team actively participate, I faced challenges in arranging and boosting interest of every participant. Setting rules:I took step in setting rules of the game, these rules were, team will be divided into 4 group including 4 member each group. Member of team will spin the wheel and choose one of card, if the colour matched then they have to answer few question (Van Laar and et.al., 2017). The challenges I face here was conducting joyful question, it was very clear that if questions was not interesting then all group member will be bored which means there was risk of failure just because of boring question. Game instruction:4 member in each group which means there were 4 team playing this game, monitoring honesty in this game become biggest challenge for me. Many player discarded during the game because rules of this game was strict and not allowing them to pass the level easily. Keeping interest level of every player was becoming difficult as majority of player started to leave this game. I have taken step to overcome this issue in the game by providing one more chance to losing team. apart from this, I had changed some rules and instruction of this game to overcome any such difficulty. Skills learned this academic year and used in producing spin and win game: During my academic session, I have developed certain skills which allow me to become more effective in both, career and personal life. I have calculation skills which helped me in developing spin and win game, as this game was based on scoring and required lots of calculation, I have effectively used by numeracy skills in this game. Critical thinking skills:critical thinking skills allow person to critically think solution for any tough situation faced by them, this skills is most required in many organization.
