INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success at university is an effective tool within universities that helps
students to attain professional career growth in future perspective (Allina, 2018). This report
includes reflective easy using Driscoll models that are propounded by John Driscoll that helps in
reflecting the person skills, their feeling and actions.
DISCROLL MODEL
It is very essential for me to examine the skills that I have learned after indulging in
business management module (Torrance, 2018). For this I have to reflect my skills according to
week so that targets are effectively attained.
Week 1
 What- In week one I have involved in business management foundation year where I
have to indulge in developing the core modules such as marketing, management, human
resource skills. In this I can get the core knowledge related to business and management
by involving in human bingo activity . In this activity my classmates and seniors are also
involved where seniors highly supports me that presents as a good experience. Human
bingo is an interesting activity where I can introduce myself as it helps me to effectively
interact with another people, sharing my views etc. This is the first stage of success that I
can learn in week one.
 So what- By involving in human bingo activity I enjoyed a lot and happy. At this
particular moment I feel great to connect with people. By involving in this activity helps
me to understand the behavior of different people. In this my classmates are little jealous
towards me due to which they always de-motivates me to interact with other people but at
this time I feel that my seniors and faculties are highly supportive that helps to improve
my interaction skill.
 Now what- By involving in this module I have learned how to interact with people which
is crucial in developing the career within business field. This module helps to develops
confidence in me due to which I can share my ideas to another people confidently.

Week 2 and 3
 What- In week second and three I have involved and learned digital and technology
skills which assist me to sustain longer period of time in a digital environment. This
module helps me to understand the use of information in several manners. For this I have
to involve in digital literacy quiz where I can test myself related to proficiency in using
digital technology. In this my faculty highly supports me to use the internet sources like
search engine optimizations. In this I also give test related internet search.
 So what- Involving in this module in week second and third create challenge in front of
me to find relevant source form internet. In this my seniors and teachers helps me to
search and taking test so that in future I can collect information effectively by busing the
digital technology effectively and efficiently (Harris and de Bruin, 2018). It is a
employability and academic skill that is highly essential for my personal growth.
Involving in this session analyzing that my internet savvy skill is good but examine the
correct information is week. The skill related to examine correct information is to be
improved by involved in this module. During this time I can also develops my buck’s
graduate skills that is based on knowledge and its applications including self development
attributes. I feel amazing involve within this module and I also feel that it is very
essential module within business and management degree.
 Now what- I have discovered the high expectation from this course of university because
it helps me in growing personal and professional career which is useful further in my
progression. When I have to focused on becoming an effective student in this module I
faces the challenge to not identify the correct source of information that I can found from
internet. In this I take the help of my seniors and teachers that guides me to relate to
examine the correct source for this they take test. This module also helps in writing a
reflection by using appropriate module.
Week 4
 What- In week four I have learn the academic writing skills that is crucial to improve my
communication skills effectively. It is essential at the tme of preparing for success in
university. Indulging in writing skill helps in maintaining accuracy in writing, correct
usage of vocabulary etc. For developing my vocabulary skill I have to practiced daily to
read an academic text that helps me in learning new words which supports me in writing

information, reflection, article and many more. Involving within this module helps me to
understand how to write an essay, academic report etc. This helps me to overcome the
challenge in writing information.
 So what- By involving in this module feeling challenging and interesting. I have to take
this module as a challenge because of my poor writing communication skill that always
backward me in getting the productive results. But this module helps me a lot due to this
my writing skill is improved that helps in developing my bucks gratitude leadership skill
and creativity skill (Charband and Navimipour, 2018). Due to good writing I can effectively
guide the other person in business industry. This also helps in getting higher success.
 Now what- It is to be reflected that indulging in this module is a great experience for me
because it helps me to remove my weakness which is associated with poor writing skill.
In business and management writing skill is very essential as it helps in gaining targets
proficiently.
Week 5-6
 What- In week five and six I have to involved in developing the learning styles that
reflects in multiple intelligence. In this I also involved in participating in workshops so
that above learning skills are getting stronger. In this i can learn visual, audio and
kinesthetic learning skills. In this I can analyzed that my decisions making and oral
communication skills is week. Involving in this module helps me to improving my visual
and audio learning. In this I have to participate in brain storming activity, presentation
seminars etc. so that overall learning skills are improved.
 So what- In this module I have experienced that in market huge competition is presented
due to which I have to face major challenge in getting higher success in professional
career. Involving in brainstorming and several workshops supports me to enhanced my
overall skill which are useful in business and management degree and getting success.
 Now what- This skills helps in to handle number of people with effectively and
effectively. In future if I have to work in some organization than this learning skills helps
me highly.

CONCLUSION
From above analysis it is to be concluded that using driscoll model is very significant to
reflect a personal skills and weakness which are useful to get higher success in marketplace. For
this I have involved Driscoll model in every week that assist in improving learning, creativity
and management aspects.
