Introduction
Success is achieved when set goals and aims are achieved. Success is basically depending upon
many skills and knowledge (Alshare and Sewailem, 2018). In context of an individual, their
success needs proper knowledge and creativity skill in almost every field. A good knowledgeable
person can achieve their life aims and can be easy attract others attention toward their personality
which is created by good knowledge. Knowledge of a person should be true and must cover full
content about the topic. There are many ways to achieve true and proper knowledge like reading
books, newspaper, blog, articles, research papers and watching business news channels and many
more. Communicating with other people also helps in gaining knowledge. On the other hand
creativity skill is that skill which helps a person to do things with some new and effective ideas.
This report covers some basic and necessary skills which must be gained by an individual to
become successful in their life. This report also covers the ways to achieve such skills and
knowledge.

Reflective summary
Academic skills are those skills which is necessary to learn at higher schools for finding a good
job position in future (Marteel-Parrish and Lipchock, 2018). These skills can be learned as a
student but help the person throughout whole life. When I was in my learning period, I gained
many academic skills which are helping me now to perform my job effectively. I have learned
communication skill, decision making skill, time management skill, reading blog skill and many
more. These skills can be learned by participating in many activities. Communication skill can be
gained by taking participation in speech and debate competitions. Communication does not mean
only to speak and listen but it also considers true and full facts about the topic. Communication
skill can also developed by involving our self to ask many questions with others to clarify the
doubts. Decision making skill can be adopted by reading business case studies and solving their
questions given with same case studies. This activity also helps in enhance our creativity level by
adopting new ideas. I have chosen such skills because these skills helped me in finding my
aimed job which is HR assistant manager. I supposed to solve many issues at organisation and
there are many responsibilities on an HR assistant manager. My academic skills help to get this
