There were many challenges faced by the leadership i.e. by the CEO
of the company Elon Musk was to drive up its production pace.
The biggest challenge for the CEO was to hire the best
manufacturing people in the world so that they can produce the
complex objects of the deliveries. Elon Musk used its
transformational leadership in order to bring the strategic change
and motivated its work force to work at their best capacity.

Situational Leadership Theory: It is that type
of leadership which is determined after the
strategies or plans are made by the
company. This style is totally dependent
on the strategies so planed by the
organisation to achieve its objectives. This
