INTRODUCTION Global event industry develops and organises a large scale platform for managing the people gathering such as concerts, formal meeting, parties etc. Global industry undertakes all events either they are small or large from small conferences to Olympics level management. Majority of the events are gathered to promote and attract large number of customer's to develop positive relationship in the organisation by providing them essential facilities. Moreover, global events are conducted to perform and manage their work as per their needs to manage their work and its needs in order to differentiate them in the others. Companies conducted under the industry is beneficial to perform their work as per their size, types and resources. This report is conducted on the basis of London's Excel exhibition centre who manage events their events at global level(Titomir and Danylova, 2018). It is conducted to perform their work to get more success as well as sustainability in the work to perform its work as per global level. In the year 2012, Olympic events it is organised by them which helps them to recognise themselves at global level. TASK 1 Analyse the diversity of the global events industry which includes the structure, organisation and role of different types of events in society Social group or the society plays an essential role in the organisation that leads them firm to achieve high growth and success in the market. In order to consider it effectively managers focuses on the needs of society or the individuals. Therefore, London Excel Exhibition provides different platform that enhances the overall profitability of the organisation by managing their events, music art and fashion show. Diversity includes the different in culture, economic and languages that is used to attract large number of customer's by their products. It is used to maintain customer's as per their product. Global event increases its size by managing their business size as per the content which is mention as follow: According to size Local events-This are the events that are organised to gather people at a place in order to fulfil their purpose and a project in short intervals(El-Sawalhy, 2017). These events are related with the manage of people. Like the discrimination which is based on gender, race, colour, community etc. The purpose for this event relates with develop community and economic growth

According to the form Sports events-This events are organised to perform various sport activities like Olympic and athletics events. Moreover, employee's require high skills to perform their work due to which business are easily managed by implementing various rules and regulations that are essential to gain competitive edge in market. Business events-Majority of the business events are organised with the team of 15 individual. As they are more interested to manage business activities which are conducted to built valuable relations among the people by bringing them together. Seminar, business meeting, workshops and conventions are some types of business events that are managed by London's Excel exhibition. Structure and components of event industry Event management companies-This include all those organisation which organises events and put more emphasis to perform their work in smooth manner. Further, all the events are different in size and types. So they all are managed in different manner. Place or Venue-It refers as a place or location where the event is organised or managed. Moreover, Venue is the key element for each event as it is related with success and growth of business(Kuo, 2017). So it is important for the event manager to mange their events by conducting their research in accordance for the success of event. Role of event in the society ï‚·Event works as the platform that make positive results for the development of the economy. By monitoring all the above events it is analysed that there are various mega events are conducted by communities. For the respective organisation organisation conducted their business at national as well as multi-national level. Cultural and social impact-Event industry perform their work by building an effective network which leads the organisation to build positive image in the market. For example, by making the communication in local language it is easy for management to perform their work in effective manner. Physical environment-With this factor it is easy for organisation to perform their work in effectual manner. As most of the task are completed by management through utilising tangible techniques such as transportation and communication. Political impact-Event influence in the industry as per the consideration of political changes in the country. This improves the organisation and its techniques through promoting, improving and advertising their business at global level(Lugosi, 2017). Tourism impact-Events works as positive factor for the country as it increases the number of tourist in the organisation. Moreover, with more number of tourist the income or revenue is increases through more money flow in organisation.
