INTRODUCTION
Events with diverse reasons and aims are organized and
held worldwide. Events are described as the meeting at
a specified time and place of something. The event &
event business has evolved on a larger scale over a
shifting period of time. This research seeks primarily to
explain how world events in various locations impact
industries. The key subject of this study is the London
Exhibition Center in East London.

POSITIVE/NEGATIVE EFFECTS MACRO
ENVIRONMENT HAS ON GLOBAL EVENT
INDUSTRY
Macro environment contributes to all external
variables that influence company processes or
activities. This has a significant influence on the
workflow of the business, which contributes to
difficulties. Global activities take place at global
forums and run appropriately. The following
explains the macro-environment effect on world
activities.

Social/ cultural- Events shape culture and society since celebrations
influences the culture and community of many citizens at world
events such as Vietnamese New Year, because not all people in
England or from other countries participate.
Positive- this social / cultural external influence had a positive
impact as this occurrence had built a good association.
Negative effect- External factor has a detrimental effect on this
worldwide phenomenon, so it threatens the beliefs of people who
do not attend

Physical and environment- This external aspect often influences world
affairs since many people are involved directly and have difficulties.
Positive effects- For example-Olympics 2012 is planned
internationally and have influenced the national event industry since
the degree of rivalry between countries has risen and their productivity
has improved
Negative effects- This major event therefore damaged the nation's
monetary capital and had a negative impact on the overall.

Tourism- Another macro climate wherein the world event
sector is impacted is that the bulk of activities have been
popular due to visitor visits.
Positive aspects- The macro climate improves the eyesight
of visitors & facilities, enabling the world event market to
extend its functions.
Negative- It impacts the global event market, since event
managers cannot assemble citizens for activities without
any of the tourist economy.

INFLUENCE ON DECISION MAKING &
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR-
Macro climate also dominates the decision-making of event
industries, since variables such as the market , political variables,
and economic conditions make it hard for them all to make
positively-adapted choices, such as adjusting policies, etc.
Furthermore, the macro environmental influences management
activity in a negative fashion that directly contributes to the shift in
the activity of the workers in the world event sector. It is said that it
is important to be conscious of this impact on decision-making and
organizational actions so as to meet objectives properly.

SWOT ANALYSIS FOR A
SPECIFIC EVENT
SWOT Analysis- SWOT analysis is a strategic strategy tool used
to recognize capabilities, vulnerabilities, prospects, and risks
connected to a company's competitiveness or project design.
SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix). This system that works across
'business back structures' is planned for use at preparatory
decision-making periods and can be used as a method for
determining the competitive role of different entities (profit
corporations, local and national governments, non-governmental
organizations, etc.)

For good event preparation, requirements that benefit the execution of
activities must be known. Since decision-making will not be done without
them. Such parameters are then defined as follows-
Develop vision/ goals- This is one of the most critical conditions for the
performance of an event, since an event cannot be adequately organized
without the need for an examination of vision or objectives.
Organizing of team- This is another crucial step that must be concentrated
because the unit contributes to teamwork, coordination and collaboration.
It's quick to sustain work with the support of team building.

 Decide budget- It is often necessary to decide on a
budget for an activity in order to efficiently process
money, staff and other relevant work. Plan aims to
effectively plan and use financial capital.

preparation, as the date of release is too essential as

 Master plan- Lastly, a strategic plan is required for good preparation to
allow the strategic plan to be modified as a replacement if any difficulty
