Covid 19 is a pandemic situation that negatively hits on an
individual, organisations and industry.
This situation also influenced the willingness of employee towards
performing their roles and duties within organisation.
An employee within an organisation is a person who is paid to work
for a company or for another person.
In an organisation, there are various roles and duties performed by
employees.

Research aim:
The aim of the present study is “To identify the influence of COVID-19 on willingness
of employee towards performing their roles and duties within organisation”. A
study on E&Y
Research Objectives:
To recognise the issues faced by employees during COVID-19 in executing their
roles and duties within E&Y.
To examine the measures taken by E&Y to mitigate the challenges faced by their
employees during COVID-19.
To determine the impact of COVID-19 on employee willingness towards
performing their roles and duties in E&Y.
