INTRODUCTION
• Covid 19 is a pandemic situation that negatively hits on an
individual, organisations and industry.
• This situation also influenced the willingness of employee towards
performing their roles and duties within organisation.
• An employee within an organisation is a person who is paid to work
for a company or for another person.
• In an organisation, there are various roles and duties performed by
employees.

Research aim and objectives
Research aim:
The aim of the present study is “To identify the influence of COVID-19 on willingness
of employee towards performing their roles and duties within organisation”. A
study on E&Y
Research Objectives:
• To recognise the issues faced by employees during COVID-19 in executing their
roles and duties within E&Y.
• To examine the measures taken by E&Y to mitigate the challenges faced by their
employees during COVID-19.
• To determine the impact of COVID-19 on employee willingness towards
performing their roles and duties in E&Y.
