INTRODUCTION
A tourist attraction can be a town, state or many other places that are primarily dependent on
tourism income, or a land, state, province, town or village that is promoted or that promotes itself
as a tourist spot to visit (Coca-Stefaniak and Morrison, 2018). The Global Tourism Organisation
describes visitors as for recreation, company and other activities, travelling to and living in areas
outside their normal setting for no upwards of one continuous year. In order to understand this
global tourism destination concept, Premier Inn selected which is a Luxury hotel chain and UK’s
biggest group of hotels, with over 72,000 bedrooms and 800 hotels. This runs hotels in a number
of areas from town centres, cities, and airports along with Travelodge and Ibis hotel. This
assessment covers the several topics such as examine the nature or scale of global tourism; assess
the characteristics of key emerging market and destination. In addition, evaluate the role of
organizations and appraise the challenges and threats which affect the future development of
global tourist.

P1. Interpret the statistics of an overview of the nature and trends of tourism on a global scale
Global tourism destination refers to as seasonal mobility of persons for recreational leisure
purposes to keep people smile. It is the interconnectedness between the destinations for leisure
and visitors where people are spending their valuable time with family members and find
happiness. Tourism is known to be a person who stays and moves from one's own position to
another and generates meaning. There are several shifts that have emerged in the market, climate
and pattern that may be operational challenges. Below mention graph represent the contribution
of different country in the global tourism.

According to the International Tourism Organization 2018, it was saw the industry’s ninth
sequentially year of development, despite initial shocks which have only proved its stability and
security. Since 2012 , China has held its leading competitive on the world tourism industry, with
outbound visitors investing about $277 billion last year, about a quarter of the world 's overall
tourism spending (Garau-Vadell, Gutierrez-Taño and Diaz-Armas, 2018). Because of a number
of factors such as the creation of a newly rich Chinese middle class, loosening restrictions on
travel by the Chinese authorities, simplified visa policy for destinations, and increasing the
number of nonstop flight links from China.
Chinese people have become the biggest contributors to the growth outbound tourist
industry and the primary source of cash for tourism worldwide. Although tourists remain popular
for blowing money on high-end international luxury goods, new patterns in spending behaviour
are increasing, especially among more seasoned Chinese travellers. Chinese tourists shifted
further to the enjoyment of specialty markets such as whiskey drinking, aurora hunting, outdoor
adventures and other high-quality, fewer density-oriented items and encounters in 2017. On 2nd
