Globalisation include factors that create challenges for Tourism Development, due to
increase in the rate of terrorism, change in climate condition and maintenance of sustainability
Global tourism is affected in many different ways. All these elements create thread for
international organisation as to further develop tourism index rate:
Safety and security: Different mode of transportation like modern aircraft, Cruise ship
and trains enable tourist to easily travel to destinations in cheap manner. In addition with this
international banking system allows visitors to have easy access to money that allow them to
travel freely. Apart from that there are number of threats in front of International Organisation
regarding to safety and security of tourist (Cornelissen, 2017). As due to increase in terrorism
activities, cases of hijack of plane have been significantly increased. This creates challenge for
international organisation and government in order to successfully thrive Global tourism. Thus, it
is essential for these organisation and government to offer better security infrastructure to
Travellers in order to make them feel safe.
Climate condition: Due to changing in climate and increase in global warming index
there are different factors prevailing in climate such as increase in carbon existence that create
threats on natural resources. Thus, it is essential for travelling organisation to undertake
development of Sustainable Tourism by undertaking remedial actions (Ezeuduji, 2015). In this
they can significantly contribute in CSR activities and further frame strategies to lower down the
level of negative impact of tourism on climate condition. In addition with this government is also
require to frame policies to lower carbon activity is in order to support sustainability.
