According to Shrezay, Z., it is an effectiveprocess of recruitment and selection help in minimizing the time and cost in identifying,interviewing, hiring and recruitment of employees (Dutta and Bose, 2015). Training is beneficialfor the workers because with the help of it they can make contribution in the process ofexpansion of the business of Nestle at global level. If this company use appropriate recruitmentand section process then it hire qualified candidates who help the firm for achieving it success inmarket in term of market share, profit and productivity etc. Potency of training processes to accomplish international requirementsTraining is an effective and useful process for the company to fulfil the globalrequirements. These kind of programs and session offer an opportunity to the workers andemployees of firms to make improvement in their skills and knowledge which help them enhancetheir competences at personal and professional level. According to Ekwoaba, there are differentmodels like system model, transitional model and instrumental model to train workers which canbe used by the management of Nestle to develop the competences and knowledge of theemployees.
