Introduction
The term globalization is frequently discussing now and then in the daily lives of people. The
word states that globalization is increasingly to our behavior that we all are part of the signal
market, culture, and system with interdependent productions, resources, customs and practices in
the whole world (Williamson, 2020).
The concept of globalization comprises the whole world into a single global village which deeply
connected to people to each other in different nations. This has developed the acceptability for
the diverse economy, diverse culture, social and political settings in the people all over the
world. The globalization concept led to many gains that are improving human life and enhancing
lifestyle standards. But on the other side of the coin globalization leaving dark prints on human
lives. With increasing globalization, the whole world is developing industrialization and
urbanization which are distributing sustainability of the earth. This industrialization and
urbanization are resulting in growing concerns for human wellbeing such as reducing agricultural
land and food standards, emerging slums, and poor living conations and many more factors that
are directly affecting human health.
This study covers a briefs discussion of globalization and its impact across the world on focusing
on health issues. This study also discusses various health issue, patterns and their transition due
to globalization. In the study briefs of response on global and national health issues also has been
discussed.
Globalization and Impact
After centuries, progress and development in international cooperation the world is becoming
more connected and concentrated. Globalization is a term to describe the interdependence of

culture, populations, and economies. This interdependence of nations brought cross-border to
culture, customs, practices, people, technology, and information. Countries have built a political,
social, cultural and economic partnership to grow these movements over centuries. Globalization
is a process of integration and interaction among the people, cultures, political environment or
government of different countries. This process affects the environment, culture, political
system, economic development and human physical and mental well-being in society around the
globe (Nezhad & Noruzi, 2011).
Globalization is not a new or modern concept. For the many centuries, people have been trading
relationship from each other countries and land distance. In this concept, the silk route is famous
that connect to Central Asia to China and Europe for the Middle Age. Thus, many features of
current globalization have been started long ago to the First World War. But the term or concept
became more popular for the early 1990s after the Cold War, because cooperative arrangements
of many nations shaped modern lifestyle. Development in technology such as transportations,
information technology, communications, social media, electronic payment modes, development
in financial producers, increasing free trade policies and capital mobility is accelerating the speed
of the concept from the past some decades (Globalization101, 2017).
Although globalization is frequently used term by economists, social scientists, politicians, and
health care professionals yet most people are uncertain about the exact means of globalization.
Globalization is the tendency of the world's economies to act as a single interdependent
economy. The word described the growing and rapid movement of people, ideas, knowledge,
goods & services, money, culture and lifestyle patterns across national borders to make the globe
more united in a sense. The term globalization is often leading misconception by considering as
of in economic terms but globalization is much more than economic term as its components are
