Introduction

the same on the society and people. The essay should include both positive and negative
aspects of the globalization on the people and society in an effective manner. Globalization is
the new buzzword which has become dominant to the world since nineties of the century.
Globalization is being defined by the different individuals in different manner and
there are some concepts which are complex in nature as well. Furthermore, this can be
identified that the effect of globalization cannot be seen in a direct manner; the globalization
has tried in contributing greatly which helps in enhancing the overall security of the world.
Concept of Globalization
According to Pieterse(2015), globalization is defined as the aspect which helped in
representing the overall global kind of integration of the international trade, information
technology and cultures. The different kinds of government policies are being designed in
such a manner which helps in designed in order to open the economies in a domestic manner
along with international manner as well which helps in boosting the overall development in
poorer countries and this helps in raising the standards of living of the individuals in the
organization as well. Pieterse(2014), has commented that globalization tend to be realm of
elite in which there are wealthy people from various backgrounds within the westernized
milieu.
Irrespective of the various kinds of violence which is being experienced and faced by
the entire world, this is evident in nature that there are some countries in the market which is
not dependent on the other economy of the country and this halted by the globalization in an
efficient manner. As a result, this has been seen for the different developed countries such as
USA to withstand the entire competition and they have many customers as well which have
tried in lowering the different forces and the impact is adverse in nature. Globalization has
tried to encourage different kinds of trade practices and this has increased the flow of capital
in different nations as well. Additionally, Hirst, Thompsonand Bromley(2015), has helped in
hypothesizing that the globalization has led to the creation of corporation along with
discussion space wherein there is increasing trend towards the international organization
emergence which is inclusive of UN. Giddens(2018), has commented and hypothesized that

globalization includes the trade policy which is inclusive of both export and import trading
and this affects the overall growth of the firm in a positive manner.
Furthermore, Papastergiadis(2018), has commented that globalization has helped in
extending and creating foreign trade in the entire world. Through this kind of developed
approach of the countries in the entire market, these countries export the different kinds of
goods and services and get comparative kind of advantages in an efficient manner

The different kinds of developed countries need human along with natural resources
of the different developing countries and the developed countries are increasingly dependent
on human and natural resources in an efficient manner which will improve the overall
productivity of the country effectively (the Guardian, 2018).
On the other hand, Dunning(2014), has commented that there are different kinds of
policies which have been created in the international kind of free market that has tried in
mainly benefitting the international kinds of corporations in Western World to detriment of
the different smaller businesses along with culture of the common people.
Kraidy(2017), has commented that through and with the help of globalization, the
different companies have been able to gain competitive advantage from lowering the different
operating costs and this helps the company in gaining access to the new kinds of raw
materials along with the additional markets as well.
Impact of Globalization on People and Society
There are different kinds of impacts or effects of the globalization on the people and
society in which this is inclusive of both the positive and negative aspects. Baylis, Smithand
Owens(2017), has commented and opined that globalization has various kinds of aspects
which is inclusive of economic, political, social along with religious ones of the country.
