INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is undertaken as the procedures through which individuals as well as products
can able to move in simple manner across the world. Moreover, this is undertaken as ways of
integration and interaction among people, firms and government all over the world. Additionally,
this is essential as it changes the way business, countries and individuals interactions.

identify the change occur and make improvisation for development and growth. It tends to
increase performance of the organization by providing quality training for the respective job.
Conducting business activities are complex in nature as it is directly link to globalization. To
survive for the longer time period it is essential for the company like Mark and Spencer to adopt
frequent changes as the global requirement. Organization culture needs to be established and
practise the culture which is useful to employees to increase performance.
