Being given the privilege of dedicating part of my work time in my project will make me
feel more engaged to the firm. As an employee, when given the opportunity to work on my
project, it acts as a motivation factor for me to concentrate on the time allocated for work. Job
sharing is a mechanism that can enable any firm allowing its workers to have a day off each to
work on their project.
The term evil scale is the measure of moral compass when making a decision. The
following are the scale of good and evil as evident in the Google company in China. The scale of
good are the practices by any firm or body to another firm or organization that have a positive
impact on its activities (Cameron and Green,2015, pp.10). The scale of good is evident in Google
company in the following ways. The firm agreed to the terms of the Chinese government such as
censoring search result at the source and its attempt to unfiltered such engines to protect the
privacy of its users. The scale of evil is a practice from one part to the other that limits its
activities or have a negative impact on the part. The Chinese’s government involved itself in the
scale of evil in the following ways. The National firewall did slow the connection from China to
Google, and there was an attempt to attack Google corporate equipment from China (Yuen,
2015, pp.54).
The Chinese government was biased in the way it controlled search engines in China.
The government did shut down the connection from China to Google while the Baidu search
engine company was still operating.
