Introduction
Marketing is a process which involves
communicating the value of products and its design
to the customers. Marketing is based on selecting a
target market which is done by segmenting and
analysis of the market. But marketing will be
successful only when the objectives of the business
get aligned with the marketing ideas. The business
also conduct the 7P’s of marketing as this marketing
mix tool helps them to bring some new products in
the market.

Company Overview
Greggs was started seventy five years ago by John Gregg which has one goal for
the establishment of this bakery which was to provide and deliver the fresh eggs
and yeast for the families of Newcastle (Bausch and Unseld, 2018). The bakery
prepares sandwiches, drinks and snacks, cakes, breakfast, sweet treats and many
more. Greggs has started its business in 1939 by just building a small shop where it
used to sell the breads and Fairtrade Espresso and also helping poor. The bakery is
going with same commitment and has raised $5 million for cancer research which
was done by Children’s cancer run.
