Introduction
The execution of a research work is not easy. A lot of significant guidance is
necessary in the course of the work so as to ensure that a proper thesis is generated
which would aid valuable content to the existing literature. The purpose of this essay
is to understand my growth as a researcher.
Discussion
As a researcher and a writer, I have made significant progress. In the beginning, I
faced serious obstacles with regard to how to structure my paper. My guide
condemned by thesis statement as being too broad and told me to narrow the scope of
my research study.
Furthermore, I was given some suggestions by peer reviewer. She asked me to
incorporate more literature to my literature review section. The adding of more
literary content imparts a sense of validation and reliability to the present research
work being undertaken (Nwanzu & Mbanefo, 2017).
Certain ethical guidelines were also given to be in the course of the research
work. In order to ensure that transparency is maintained while executing the research,
my guide was adamant that all the information collected in the course of the work was
presented in the research work without any manipulation. This ensured the reliability
of my research work. The data collected from various sources were coherently
analyzed and represented in the paper thereby (Ranganathan, 2017).
Thus, it can be seen that as a researcher, I have made considerable progress. I
now know about the value of literature review and the aspect of research
methodology.
