Introduction
Corporate communication and public relation with the communities and society can help a
business to collaborate effectively. Corporate communication is a procedure to communicate to
the society and stakeholders also provide them information about the company in order to create
public relation and build a great image of the company (Einsohn, 2019). Public relation refers
to those efforts of the organization that enhance the corporate reputation of an organization by
maintaining a better relationship with its stakeholders such as employee, partners, customer,
investors, and suppliers (Smith, 2018). In this digitalization world, social media has become a
major source for many organizations to serve effective communication and shape the brand
image (Dew, 2018).
H2GO is an organization that established with the purpose of provides treated water and
promotes the public health of the people of North Brunswick Area. The corporate
communication department of the company encompasses methods and procedures in promoting
its credentials and positioning. That helps to create a better brand image of the company (H2GO,
2018).
The report will assess how H2GO serve their brand image and build trust through its methods of
communication with the use of media.

H2GO
H2Go is the organization that has been established with the social purpose of providing treated
water and promotes better health of the citizen of the North Brunswick area. The company still
has the same goal to strive to deliver the best service that can be possible (H2GO, 2019).
A group of 25 to 30 people from the Leland area started a business in 1969 located at Leland
school later known as Leland community center. Later in 1985 with the adoption of rules and
regulations established orderly management of the water distribution system. The organization
currently working as the largest organization with a social purpose and earning the profit
(H2GO, 2019).
Corporate communication strategy of H2GO
Corporate communication is the process of developing the brand image and maintains corporate
identity. Better corporate communication helps to initiates in creating a better brand image of the
company that helps to attract customer has society. With the H2GO There is no such team of the
company still it is contributing effectively to create better public relation with the external and
internal audience.
The company has a Public information officer (Amanda Hutcheson) who leads the
communication department and provides district board and staff with the communication of the
internal environment and external market support. The officer provides information and timely
communicates and provides counsel with the board of commissioners, department heads and
executive directors and manages the relationship with its primary stakeholders. The officer also
ensures that the information which is communicated to society or its stakeholder is accurate and
